8 minutes to RTM CENTRRAL, 5 minutes to the commercial street. Very convenient and the breakfast selection is much better than in the UK. . . . . . a lot of. . . . .

This is one of the best Marriotts I have stayed at. I am an Ambassador. The staff is exceptional. Friendly, courteous. I want to personally thank Mack Dawson for personally taking it upon herself to make sure my elderly mother's nails were done and being patient. The staff is great at recognizing you everyday. Also want to thank Cameron for making my wife and daughter all your special drinks. Truly appreciated it. Keep it up and we shall see you all soon. Again thank you all.

I am staying here 9/10 times when I am in Rotterdam. Which is around 1 week per month. I like the Location of the hotel as it is downtown, close to the office I go to, the restaurants etc. staff is friendly, hotel is clean, rooms are good, view is amazing. The reception can often be very slow. I have never experienced check in etc. that goes that slow. Don’t know if it is their computer system or what, but sometimes you can stay in line for very long. That is the only minus.

We spent a delightful time at this boutique hotel. We had a lovely view from our bedroom window. We could se the Wilhelmina Bridge and the main parts of the city. The breakfast was very good with plenty to set you up for the days of site seeing. The greatest strength of this hotel is its heritage building, the former Customs House..

We loved everything about this hotel, very close to the tram and metro station, super close to the bridge. The lobby is so cool, with many fun things for our kid to explore. The rooms are big, spacious, colorful, the bed is super comfortable. They clean the room daily, the reception staff was so friendly and helpful all the time. We will choose Bruno, over and over again.

Pros: great location, interesting hotel and rooms, and unique design. Cons: air conditioner in our room (spa room) was nonfunctional and the room was boiling. It made our spa and bathtub almost unusable because how hot it was in the room. Customer service. I called the front desk about the air conditioner and their response was insert the key and wait 30 minutes. I might be an American, but I already did that before calling (this isn’t my first rodeo). They didn’t do anything else. After waiting another 2 hours, I tried 4 times to ring the front desk to no avail. I finally gave up and barely slept that night. Front desk. In addition to calling 4 times, they were too busy to be bothered with my air conditioner issue. Then after the most prolonged checkout experience ever, I found out (after leaving the property once the folio was emailed) that I was billed for a minibar charge!! It wasn’t mine. It was a 10-minute call to get the issue resolved. The agent even had the nerve to say to me (oh, I forgot you are American) after I asked for English (even though I already had been speaking to her in English during the whole call). Overall, I wouldn’t return to this property ever again.

It is in a very convenient place. Very close to the train station, right next to a tram station and to the center of the town. For the kind of facilities and services it is quite pricey. Nothing special about the room (very nice view when it looks towards Weena) and very poor breakfast.

The hotel is very well located, close to all places of interest. The personal attention was excellent. The room was spectacular with stunning views of the city. We will repeat.
