"The hotel is in a good location, very close to the main attractions, usually 10 minutes walk to the Sarajevo Grand Mosque, the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Pigeon Square, Pedestrian Street, City Hall. The hotel room is large, the mattress is comfy and clean, the view is wide, the window is opposite the mosque, next to the Latin Bridge. The breakfast variety is also good, the front desk staff is very warm and friendly, and stayed for two more days, feeling very happy! Next time I will choose to stay at the President Hotel. The boiled Bosnian coffee in the hotel lobby bar is also great! And the price is not expensive. It is also very convenient to let the front desk help to call a taxi when you are away. The top floor of the hotel has a 360 degree viewing platform, suitable for taking pictures, very beautiful."
"The hotel is in the city centre, within walking distance of the Grand Mosque and the pedestrian plaza. We have a balcony room, directly opposite the mosque and the Latin Bridge, and the night view is very good. The hotel has a small car park that only accommodates around 10 parking spaces on a first come, first served basis. The breakfast is relatively simple and the type is average."
"The location of the hotel is particularly good. The window opening is the Latin Bridge of the first World War. The Sarajevo is not big and the basic attractions can be walked. On the edge of the hotel is the city centre of Sarajevo with lots of fun shops and souvenir shops. Hotel breakfast is great, there is free underground parking, and the room is clean"

"Book the room When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk told me that I could only live one person, and one more person added 30 euros... Can this experience be good? I don’t care if I want to add it. Who knows that when I check out, I have to pay a fine of 100 Euros. I said that my room is smoking..."
"The hotel is located in the new city, surrounded by shopping centers and supermarkets, easy to eat and drink. The hotel has a good location, close to the airport, and a lot of public transportation. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the old city."

"We were welcomed by two lovely ladies at the front desk. Then the owners wished us a warm welcome and offered coffee/tea (it’s a tradition in Bosnia to welcome your guests this way). The room was perfect - clean, cozy, and bright. We got a parking spot on site and were told that we can stay as long as we would like to the next day (we spent New Year’s Eve in Sarajevo). In the room, we all received a small, handmade gift (see photo). The next day, although we missed it, we got a breakfast and some coffee. The hotel is centrally located, so there is no need to drive. We walked to Bascarsija. The only drawback was the price - we paid a lot because it was New Years, but the staff assured us that the regular prices are much lower. Either way, we will gladly go back to this hotel."
"I spend two nights with my family in the hotel, the hotel is super clean and the staff are wonderful and friendly, it is not far from the old town, 15 min walking only, I’m coming back to the same hotel for another 5 nights, I just have one point which is related to carrying the bags to my room as there were no one to help us which is for me not a big deal but maybe for others."
"This new hotel is close to the main attractions of Sarajevo, has an underground parking; the rooms are large and nicely decorated. Breakfast is delicious. Personal is more than welcoming, giving you the feeling of an international city , situated between East and West , where people from all religion meet with open mind. Don’t miss the nearby Ashkenaze Synagogue"

"This is a small, friendly hotel with immaculate modern rooms. This is not a 5-star luxury place; it is a nice, quiet little hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is superb for walking around the old city. If travelling from the airport, ask for the Hotel Europe and this hotel is only 40m away from that. In March 2019, the taxi fare to central Sarajevo from the airport was about 30BAM and there are ATMs just outside the arrivals door."
"I would certainly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect for a city visit (within 100 meters there is the old town) and or work related visit to Sarajevo. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The breakfast has a good variety. Staff were flexible to allow early breakfast to meet our outside appointment."
"Located in the heart of old town by the Latin bridge. Reception was very helpful with local tips. Spotless and large rooms with great sounds proofing. Parking right in front of the hotel (turn in from the alley) with 24 hour monitoring. Breakfast included for all rooms on the terrace. Large shower"

" I suggest you visit this hotel! I bet it has more magic in winter. When we came in the hotel staff was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the hotel for the weekend (2 nights). The room was very clean and cosy. You have hairdrayer, additional pillows and blankets, you can set the temperature of your room as you want. Because od COVID, you have to ask for clearner, because maybe some guest doesn't want anyone to be inside the room where they are staying. Also for the breakfast is a la carte, you can also order 'a plate for two' : you get omelet, sausages, hot dogs, cheese, bread, grilled vegetables, french fries, butter etc. Food is pretty good, but famous "burek" I suggest you eat it in Sarajevo. The garden is so amazing, you can drink numerous teas, eat cakes and cookies and enjoy the sun in the mountain. There are paths to hike on the mountain Trebevic, about 2km long. Fresh air and stanning view from the viewpoint. The walk takes you about 20mins and you can get to a cable car to go to Sarajevo. It is 6KM (about 3e) in both directions per person from Bosnia, but 20KM (about 10e) for foreigners. The ride is about 7,8 minuts, worth it! All in all, we will be coming back in the next shortest period of time!"
"I stayed here with my husband and daughter for three nights. It is an ok hotel. It was reasonably clean and the staff was nice. There are a few things that coul be improved. The bed is not really comfortable, the matress is really hard. After a three night stay, my back was killing me in the morning. Also there aren’t enough electrical sockets to charge our phones, tablet and watch. We discivered a few sickets, but almost all of them were unreachable because they were behind the beds and the ones that were abke to reach were used fir the tv and the fridge. So I charged my phone and watch in the bathroom. There was even a night stand lamp that we couldn,t use because the nearest socket was on the wall behind the pillow(there were no headrests). Overall layout of the room was very unusual. There was a dest with a tv but the tv was facing the wardrobe and nit the bed or the sofa so we turned the heavy desk and the tv every evening. The restaurant is ok, but be aware there isn’t any alcohol. We wanted to order some wine with our dinner but they don’t serve it which was disappointing, but is really our fault because we didin’t check that in advance. The surroundungs of the hotel is bautiful and paeceful. Nature is fantasic."
"The hotel is housed in a stunning modern architecture. The room was tastefully appointed with pine wood, fair faced concrete and images of the forest. There were pocket spaces in the room framed by glasses on the exterior, where I could relax and admire the pine forest in the surroundings. I could imagine that those spaces would be excellent for star gazing but unfortunately it was cloudy during my stay. The service was a bit hit or miss though. The staff quickly brought me extra towels on demand, but did not get back when I asked for a kettle (it turned out that the hotel had run out of kettles). The indoor swimming pool was a bit cold."

"Hotel Hayat left a very good impression due to its warm homely ,friendly atmosphere created by its lovely staff. It is close to the very heart of the old City.Though one have to be ready to accept the fact that it is a budget place and not to be too fussy regarding not so important detailes:if you are a person who always expects far too much for a little giving away , it is better to pick up a more appropriate expensive hotel, probably:).One gets the best for a modest payment. But if one is easy going , acknowledging that these good and friendly people survived lots of war hardships ,even if they were kids at the time .Now they are doing their best working long hours for minimal salaries and still remain positive, friendly and helpful. This place is a nice place for unpretending , understanding people .I liked this place, still coming back to visit it ."
"The best thing about this hotel is kind staff and it is 1 minute from Baščaršija. The price is cheap if you reserve on time (couple months before). The rooms are ok, not luxury and not new. It was warm and clean. Only bad thing for us was leaving our car keys on reception because they don't have real parking so they needed keys if they need to move car. In 4 days, they moved them 3 times."
"1 day of my vacation that I will not get back... If only one kind person wrote the truth about this hell , I wouldn't have ended up there. No sleep at all that night(went to different hotel the next morning). First I tried to unsee the layer of dust in the bathroom vantilation system, but then I realized I can't use the bathroom - the glass shelf above the sink is hanging only by the power of will, so off with his head is not an empty threat here. The luke warm water in the shower was just lightly sipping, changed the room and the shower was working and overflowding the whole bathroom, but then no Wi-Fi or TV. And don't get me started on the kitchen towels which you are supposed to dry yourself with. Breakfast is a joke, why even bother. Got a black stained agg, how is that even possible? Small sausages are ok, and you can make a sandwich, but will you dare to drink there coffee... And after you put the duvet into the case and try to sleep, or you are up for the biggest surprise, just wait for it... "

"Next to the ancient city, the sanitation environment is good, breakfast is good.. Anyway, it is the western food, about 1.2 kilometers away from the main attractions such as the Latin Bridge. When the weather is good, it is quite appropriate to walk along the river. There is a kettle, but it is actually a small pot of coffee, and the boiled water is all coffee."
"It is very close to the old town and the railway station. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel can help you call the car. The facilities are also relatively new. The overall occupancy is small, and the price is OK."
"This is the best location, very close to the old town. The plane was cancelled from Turkey at that time. The hotel was happy to change it for free to the next day. The overall service was good."

"1. The location of the hotel is very good. Within ten minutes walk to the old town, there are small supermarkets, burgers, and Turkish barbecue restaurants around. 2. The environment in the hotel is ordinary, similar to the domestic season. There are microwave ovens and induction cookers in the room. 3, the hotel breakfast is ordinary, ordinary western-style breakfast, not bad not bad. 4. To take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, you must take a regular taxi. There is Sarajevo taxi on the top lamp of the regular taxi. Do n’t worry when you get out of the airport. Take a closer look. There is one at the airport exit. Many high-end cars such as Mercedes-Benz are not regular taxis, and the fare is very expensive. The regular taxi is only 15 Marco, and the meter is regular. 5. The hotel should try to make the floor as high as possible, it is too dark, it is cold and the sun is better. 6, I forgot to take a photo, the hotel room is not large, 30 square meters of large open room, ordinary, people with low requirements are still OK."
"Breakfast is good and rich. The location is good and the main attractions are all within walking distance. There are underground parking garages, safe and convenient. Complete facilities, good hygiene, good kitchen and complete appliances. The price is not expensive and the service is very welcoming. All in all very satisfied!"
"This hotel was very good for us. Room types were upgraded for us. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Sarajevo's old town. There are many restaurants and cafes to eat around. Its services and sanitation work are well done. Next time you visit Sarajevo, this will be our first choice."
