Quinissa: Good escape to nature in the middle of Hangzhou! There are boats inside, many big and small lakes as well as rivers. You can easliy spend the whole day walking around the area as it is so big. There are parts which cost some money to enter, but some parts are free. There are also many good restaurants inside.

There is a nice small pond at street level and an air conditioned vistors center where you can have a rest . There is a fee to get in . Once you are in, you can climb the steps or take an esculator to the base of Leifeng Tower. The base level has murals and an ancient dig . from there, you can take an elevator to the fourth floor where you can get very good views of the lake and city . best time to go is later in the afternoon. Very good spot for photos.
