Visiting Disneyland is every child's cherished dream to this day. I really loved the atmosphere, the many places to explore with children. The shops with toys, keychains, and everything else were the most impressive 😁. We got lost there for the better part of a day... The rides weren't very impressive because the lines were long and the rides lasted 5-7 minutes on average. There were short lines for the scariest rides, huge lines for the medium-sized ones, and very few rides, so we were expecting more. I really enjoyed the evening show! We took the train back. There was no crowding or rush, and after the show everyone calmly walked to the train—it was completely empty, and everyone who wanted to could fit.

She was pleasant with the white guests in front of me, but her attitude completely changed the moment she saw me. Even though I speak French, she insisted on speaking English to me. On the other hand, the other two receptionists were excellent. The gentleman working the night shift and the male receptionist during the day were both incredibly friendly. They showed me the water dispenser (there's a free sparkling and iced water dispenser in the lobby) and chatted with me when I came back in the evening. I would definitely return, but I hope not to encounter that particular female receptionist again.

Getting here from Charles de Gaulle Airport cost 40 Euros by Bolt, or you can take Metro Line 14 and walk 5 minutes from the station to the hotel. The hotel is next to Bercy Park and a shopping area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, making it very convenient. It's also a 10-minute walk to the Flixbus stop. The hotel itself is grand and spacious, and the rooms are large. The single beds are 1.2 meters wide. The mini-fridge comes stocked with 4 bottles of water, 2 cans of Coke, and a small bottle of orange juice, all complimentary. I was quite surprised to find two ping-pong tables in the hotel lobby. Check-in requires a credit card deposit; we paid 300 Euros for a two-night stay. I didn't try the hotel breakfast, but the restaurant environment looked very nice.

We arrived before noon, intending only to drop off our luggage as it was two hours before the official check-in time. I really like Citadines hotels – they usually have excellent locations, close to the metro, and are well-equipped. This time, I chose a hotel within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. I didn't pay extra for a room with a view, but I still got one, for which I'm very grateful to the administrator who checked me in. A huge plus for this hotel chain is that all the essentials are in the room: a fridge, microwave, dishes, and even a dishwasher. There's a bathtub in the bathroom, a large mirror in the room, an iron, and an ironing board. I didn't opt for breakfast. Across the street from the hotel, there was a large Monoprix store where you could buy anything you needed to heat up or chill. Since it's an apart-hotel, rooms are cleaned every 3 days. Towels can be replaced upon request if needed. Trash can be taken to a special room on the floor. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, so I didn't need these services. The only minor issue was that during my visit to Paris, I experienced abnormal heat, and the hotel's air conditioning system simply couldn't cope with it (considering the room was quite large – the effect would have been more noticeable in a smaller area). Although the staff tried their best and did everything they could, and even brought a delicious gift from the hotel due to minor system issues. Open windows also didn't help, as Metro Line 6 runs right below them – on one hand, it's very convenient, but on the other hand, the noise from the metro with open windows was disturbing. In any case, this didn't spoil my impression of the hotel. I gladly recommend it to other Eiffel Tower fans like myself, and I will definitely stay here again.

Clean and modern facility. Spacious and clean room. Good location, close to the metro station and in a quiet area. In room 003, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and small. In the bathroom, the shower was closed with a curtain, risking flooding! We used the spa, which has well-maintained facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed help because we were stuck in the elevator (the smaller one). Our friends in room 303, however, returned from a day out and found the shower door disassembled and leaning against the wall.

I usually don't write reviews, but the service here exceeded my expectations – I can definitely recommend it! When I proactively asked if it was too early for check-in, the front desk attendant kindly offered to check if a room was available and helped me check in right away. That’s truly excellent service. I initially chose this hotel mainly for its location, and it turned out to be even more convenient than expected. There's a large supermarket nearby, plenty of restaurants, and it's safe and pleasant for a stroll. Just across the bridge, you'll find the exit for Metro Line 6, and a short walk up from there leads to the beautiful and safe 16th arrondissement. From that elevated perspective, the Eiffel Tower looks especially stunning. An Uber to the airport costs around 40 euros. There’s also a microwave in the lobby and complimentary disposable cutlery.

However, the advertised photos showed a suite, but the actual room was tiny. The water pressure was also very low; the shower water was hot but lacked any real force. Being close to the road, there was some noise, and the air conditioning was inadequate. On the upside, it felt very safe, which was reassuring! Overall, it was pretty average. This was the smallest room I stayed in during my month-long European trip across many countries.

On the second night, objective and fair evaluation, standard four-star level: There was a friendly lady at the front desk, and she took the initiative to say that the room arranged last night was not good, and that she could change it back to the deluxe room I originally booked. She should have known that she deliberately downgraded me to a common room last night, damaging my interests, and of course she didn't. Any compensation, at least be respectful enough. Too lazy to care. The stay was more pleasant after that. Two major advantages of this hotel: 1. Good location, within ten minutes of Xiang Street; 2. Comfortable bedding Disadvantages: The color of the hotel is tacky, and the elevator is terrible and slow. The breakfast is terrible, you can just find a cafe nearby to eat.

My experience with The Peninsula Paris can be summed up in two words: a big, expensive place that bullies customers! While I didn't encounter any major issues during my five-night stay, some details didn't live up to the Peninsula brand's reputation and were far from my previous experience at The Peninsula in Tokyo. First, on my check-in day, I went to the front desk at 3:30 PM and was told my room was still being serviced and would take another 20 minutes. I understood, but the hotel didn't ask for any assistance, and I had to find a table at the bar and wait. The service took significantly longer than 20 minutes. Second, on the second day, after the room was serviced, the water wasn't replenished; we had to ask for it at the front desk. Third, starting on the third day, the restaurant was closed for an event. Not only did the hotel fail to notify guests, but the sign outside the restaurant didn't indicate where to find an alternative meal (my room included breakfast). We only learned this after we inquired at the front desk. Fourth, one evening, returning from a walk, I was stopped by the doorman, probably holding a beer I'd bought along the way, and asked if I was a guest. Furthermore, the staff's attention to personal belongings in the bathroom was not up to par with what you'd expect from a hotel of The Peninsula's caliber. When I checked out, the front desk asked about my stay as a matter of routine. I made it clear I wasn't satisfied, but they completely ignored me. A hotel as big as the Peninsula naturally wouldn't care about my opinion. All I can do is to say I definitely won't stay at the Peninsula Paris again next time I'm in Paris. (I only found one photo, of the cocktails I had at the bar while waiting for my room to be made up. It was quite good.)

The hotel is within 5 minutes walk from the back door of the Louvre. It is in the center of the city. It is the subway station No. 1 line. There are supermarkets, restaurants and drug stores nearby. It is very convenient. Service attitude is also very good. The room was small but everything was good and the breakfast was very good. With a 5-year-old doll, when I booked the room, I thought I could sleep together. There are basically children in Europe who ask for an extra bed. I can't understand it at first, but I know that the bed is about 1.5, so the extra bed will be more comfortable. Thank you, Ctrip has been helping to communicate, and finally helped upgrade the room type.

We stay for 3days 2nights. I can't give this hotel a 4/5 stars due to several reasons. No doubt, the location and customer was exception. I didnt use the restaurant due to too many food restaurant in every corner of Paris. The room was great, facing effel tower and the night scene was fantastic. However, the facilities, in my opinion for a 4 star Hotel was not up to standard. Dont get me wrong, the facilities provided was there. In terms of how weired where they situated was funny. The shower room and toilet was seperated. So if you want to wash your hand after toilet, you need to go around to make a u-turn to get there. Having a shower cubicle without any clothing rail, tell me where should i put the new/dirty clothes. The PVC door lock was damaged which leads to the balcony, so i just need to pray that no one climb over to my balcony. To be honest, its a good hotel but it need a bit more attention. Also, by charging this much for a room, it ashamed that customer will get the chance to choose other competitors.

I strongly advise against staying here during a European heatwave!!! I checked the reviews beforehand and saw that people mentioned fans were available, so no AC wouldn't be an issue, which led me to book. Upon check-in, I was given what I assume was a top-floor room (the window looked different from the room displayed on the booking page). Since I just dropped off my things and left, I only returned to the room at night. I turned on the fan for a bit but found the room temperature was still very high. I thought I'd open the window for some airflow, but the window wouldn't open!!! I checked and found that the latch was either intentionally fixed by the hotel or broken by a previous guest, making it impossible to open the window. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask if I could change rooms, but the staff member there was just someone assigned to cover the desk and couldn't assist with room changes (so it's not truly a 24-hour front desk as stated on the website). He said I'd have to wait for the morning staff to come in to even ask. We even ended up opening the door to let some air from the hallway into the room, otherwise staying in that room felt like we would literally suffocate from the heat.

This hotel is right across from the East Railway Station. As it's a new hotel, the facilities are quite modern, similar to Atour hotels. The bedding is very comfortable, and it even comes with a latex pillow, which is awesome! Other hotels usually have old, thick feather or silk floss pillows that are really uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet, although with limited variety, is thoughtfully prepared. They cut the donuts in half and heat them, so guests can try more and avoid waste. Overall, it's pretty good!
