The location of the resort was great!. Services provided by the staffs was exceptional and in good tome too. Breakfast and dinner was good and commendable. Great nature friendly environment. Morning and evening walks were exceptional with sunrise and sunset beauty captures. Not to forget the birds chirpings and peacocks call in the early hours.
Had a very wonderful time!
Only lacking was a refrigerator and a mini bar fridge would be great for tourists.
Special appreciative note to the young reception girl who welcomed with a drink and a very warming smile! (unfortunately could not recall her name).

Petals is a beautiful, well-maintained resort located close to the main road near Thariode and I would highly recommend it for multiple reasons. We were there for 3 nights and the staff were helpful and polite. The food was too good and varied. We chose the heritage room and it was clean, loaded with all amenities and had great views of the valley. The resort has a great pool, game rooms, spa and a badminton court. The property was soo good with all the amenities. The room was very spacious ***** with a very nice view from the bed itself. Basic amenities were all present in the room as well as the bathroom. The room service was also very quick and the in room dining was very delicious. The breakfast which was included in our room package was also great and had a lot of variety. The check in and check out process was also quick and the ballet parking service was also provided. Other than all this, we were also provided a 15 mins complementary foot massages for 2 and 2 complimentary soft drinks. Excellent stay in meppadi wayanad with warm staff and cool scenic jungle views. The food is very good with a wide choice of variety local cuisines. They also have some activities in the resort which are fun. Overall we had a nice stay and mr. Rakesh, arjun snd co. Were very helpful in guiding us through our entire stay. Our only discomfort happened once we left the resort in the cab booked through the resort, mr. Riyas. Took us to places which were already closed and had tie ups with costly shops where he took us for visit. My suggestion is do not book that cab service. If you are coming as a group of friends it will be good. If you come as a couple or family it won't be good here. They have tv, but you can't see any channel here coz there's no connection. Safety of the room is good but they don't provide much safety. Hygiene of the room is too worse. There's no regular room cleaner or bathroom cleaning. We could find cockroaches here. That too more cockroaches. They won't provide food during any time of the day. Breakfast, lunch or dinner you can't find any. They are providing tea and coffee. But you can't find milk in it. Because they are providing tea and coffee without milk. Even that is too worse in here. Be bought it and we poured it in the wash basin. There is no nearby shops to get snacks or tea. You need to walk for long distance. And there's no restaurants nearby. After 10 pm you can't go out in road. Coz road has no lights and it's fully dark. It is not safe after 10 pm. Owner of the resort is good. Because he helped to get us car and suggested the places to visit. The only advantage here is it is opposite of karapuzha dam. And other thing is it is centre of most of must visit places. Most of the must visit places are in 30 kms radius from this place. So it may reduce you time. We were there for 3 nights and the staff were helpful and polite. The food was too good and varied. We chose the heritage room and it was clean, loaded with all amenities and had great views of the valley. The resort has a great pool, game rooms, spa and a badminton court. All in all a perfect stay and would love to come again.

The food was amazing, with a wide variety of buffet options, and both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes were tasty. |25.27km from city centerWe visited klov resort in mid-may, where the resort sits nestled on the edge of the jungle, enclosed by secure fencing. It's surrounded by the bharmagiri mountains and the renowned thirunelly vishnu temple. The ambiance was delightful, with eco-friendly rooms that didn't require air conditioning. The attentive staff catered to all our needs, though meals were not served in the rooms due to the eco-friendly policy; however, the restaurant was within walking distance. Delicious kerala and north indian cuisine were served for snacks, lunch, and dinner. The food was both delectable and freshly prepared. The resort offered bicycles for exploring and had a satisfactory swimming pool. While parking space was limited, it felt secure. A nature walk was available, and being situated on the banks of the kalindi river, guests could also enjoy a river bath with appropriate precautions and guidance. We visited the thirunelly vishnu temple in the evening (5min drive from the resort. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience.

|14.82km from city centerThe location of the resort was great!. Services provided by the staffs was exceptional and in good tome too. Breakfast and dinner was good and commendable. Great nature friendly environment. Morning and evening walks were exceptional with sunrise and sunset beauty captures. Not to forget the birds chirpings and peacocks call in the early hours.
Had a very wonderful time!
Only lacking was a refrigerator and a mini bar fridge would be great for tourists.
Special appreciative note to the young reception girl who welcomed with a drink and a very warming smile! (unfortunately could not recall her name).
