Beautiful stay. Room was very nice and i usually concern about restroom that also was very neat, clean & hygiene. Breakfast buffet really nice with choices and we really regret missing lunch and dinner (we booked breakfast combo) option also there if we inform earlier for lunch and dinner. L really need to highlight staffs mr. Sankar ( manager i think, mahendiran and another beard guy all 3 were very friendly and responsive. Hardworking and busy managing all, totally gems for their landlord. Hotel was situated in prime circle and located bit higher than the road level, really i like the view of hotel form road end. We took the luxury villa. The view was excellent. The villa was comfortable. It had a heating machine. The fireplace that comes with the villa costs extra. The staff were courteous. The hotel is located in the center of the city. Even though it's at the city center, it is surrounded by very quite environment. The hotel is maintained very well, the staffs were friendly and it was easy to communicate with them either in hindi or english, unlike other hotels in that region where they speak only regional language. The food hygiene quality was also good and so as the taste. The room service was quick upon request, which was a great help for us.
