Fantastic location. Sauna is available to book for free for private use. The best thing was the massage - it was really good. The only issue was the air condition which was changed to heating during the time we visited (summer transitioning to autumn) so it was a little warm at night. This is a reputable hotel, and the environment, service, and quality are all guaranteed.
After checking in, we entered our room and were immediately hit with a faint smell of cigarette smoke. We complained, and the front desk promptly switched us to a fresh-smelling room. This reminded us that in the future, when booking, we must specify a non-smoking room.
The hotel breakfast was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The gym equipment was excellent. It's also quite close to important uptown attractions, reachable within a 15-minute walk.

It's just awesome, impeccable! Newly renovated, no smell, white, simple and modern. A bottle of water is provided every day. Shampoo, conditioner, bath lotion, body lotion are available. There is a coffee machine and a kettle, which is too rare to make tea directly. The lobby is still a restaurant bar, and there are desserts. There is a supermarket and dm next to it.
The most satisfying thing is the bedding. The mattress is a bit hard and a bit high, but the pillows and quilts are too comfortable. It is the feeling of being trapped in and wrapped, like sleeping in the cloud.
The location is good, less than half an hour by car from the coach station, about ten minutes walk to the ancient city.

The hotel is at this little quiet corner which is also good since we had to open the window at night (aircon is centralised and it’s still “winter” despite in spring). We were given level 6 which is the highest floor so it helped with the quietness. The breakfast spread was amazing, lots of cheeses and cured meat. The cooked vegetables are the best, though it can get a little oily. It’s a convenient location to walk around the city, and visit the parks and museum. There are good food options around as well. However, we were there during Easter so most of the places are close but there was a pizza place within 6 mins walk which is open during Easter. After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience!

This room was perfect for my stay in Zagreb. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see in the city. The room is clean and even has a stove and all kitchen utensils in case you want to eat on some days you’re there. On the last day, we went to the National Park and had nowhere to store our baggage the guy at the front desk held our stuff till 8 pm and worked extra so we could come to pick them up!! The room is very new, the supplies are relatively new, there is nothing wrong with it. The room is very quiet in a residential area, and there is a supermarket and bakery next to it, which is very convenient. The breakfast is good, with a variety of choices and good quality. For example, the dried apricots are as good as those in Turkey, big, sweet and soft. The disadvantage is not the hotel's problem. Although the road from the bus station to the hotel is flat, it is very bad (much better on the station side) and the other side is not as good as the countryside. After a day's journey, we finally arrived at this hotel. The main reason for choosing this hotel was its proximity to the bus terminal. The room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel did not have a parking lot, so the waiter asked us to park in a temporary parking space on the roadside. We were worried about getting a ticket, so we confirmed it repeatedly before we rested assured. When we woke up in the morning, we found that there were several cars parked like this. The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the city center square and below the Red Umbrella Market! The room is very cozy, the shower water is very fast and comfortable, the breakfast is simple but filling, the waitress is a beautiful girl, very gentle and has a good attitude. The only drawback is that it is difficult to find. I walked around the building several times in the middle of the night and finally found the small sign at the door (Figure 1). After getting the key from the key box, I went in and there was another sign on the second glass door (Figure 2). From Zagreb station, take the tram 2 or 6 and the stop is not painful if you get off at the Zagreb bus station.
This is good if you want to take advantage of the Zagreb bus station. There is no breakfast (you can procure it because there is a 24-hour bakery at the bus station), but you can substitute it because there is a kettle and a pack of tea and coffee and sticks. Instant soup and cup noodles are also good at the supermarket.
