The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities brilliant, the food amazing but why not a 5, this is merely due to avg and at times below avg service and poor communication alongwith limited food choices for people with intolorences to dairy and gluten. Booking an Ocean Terrace Suite came with no fruit and no mini bar just an empty fridge. I have called this hotel and emailed this hotel several times to ensure they would have vegan/dairy free desserts and gluten free produce and was advised yes by all, only to arrive and nothing available. Also people who work there are out on sync with communication with each other. Whilst I see this as a positive critisim I am sure this is also an opportunity as a learning process. The rooms are lovely, the views if you get a sea view room are exceptional, if you travel with kids there is a kids section, the have a wonderful surf beach and good security. Who ever visits will enjoy this place in Taghazout.
