The Biblos Alacati is an exceptional place where outstanding service and amenities await. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail in every space. The gardens, the spa, everything lived up to expectations. The heated pools are very enjoyable and make a difference. The breakfast is excellent, plentiful, and the service is impeccable. If you want to leave your children at the kids club, it's impressive, a true paradise for children with supervision by staff starting from 4 years old. The only downside: the price of dining is quite high for a part of the menu. Spa services are also quite expensive for trea**ents. We had an almost perfect stay and have wonderful memories. We hope to return with our family as soon as possible.

Great hotel from the minute you walk in. Superbly clean which wins me over all the time. My girlfriends and I had a family suite overlooking the pool with ocean views loved it. The pool area was clean and plenty of sun beds. The beach was amazing, crystal clear waters with plenty of sun beds. Amazing poolside beachside service. Each bed has its own buzzer and staff acted immediately. Breakfast was nice however I would have preferred some hot food other than boiled eggs. There were no juices or refreshments available. This is quite disappointing for a hotel at this level. The manager Mr Tuncay was very helpful and accommodating we stayed a extra night as there was not much to fault about this hotel.

First of all, definitely ignore the word 'luxury' written on Instagram pages. We stayed for 2 nights and I'm sharing my experience. The location of the hotel is nice. Within walking distance to restaurants in Alaçatı port area. We entered the room, and after 15 minutes a cleaning lady burst in. He said that the room was not dusted, that's why he came. He was kind, embarrassed, but we might not have been fit inside? Beach part menus, service etc. is very poor. There is no pier, stairs, etc. to enter the sea. The sea is very stony, everyone had a hard time entering. The hotel has a huge, beautiful green area, but it should definitely not be preferred for the sea. It's very windy, you always have sand on you. The sea is not clean, there is no part for entrance. Before we left, we asked for the ironing service, it was said there is. When we called for clothes to be ironed, an ironing board and iron came to the room. This is the ironing service :) The spa part is closed due to the corona. The breakfast is buffet. The variety was less, but more importantly, breakfast was served at 35 degrees in a place without air conditioning. The cheeses and fruits were ecstatic. And definitely the service in this hotel is very troublesome.Otherwise the hotel is nice in general. Affordable price, good location. But we were definitely not satisfied with this experience.

Alacati Marina Palace is an incredible hotel . Pristine , instantly relaxing and the welcome from Hussain and his team was outstanding . We looked forward to the breakfast every morning and the meals we ordered for lunch and dinner were all to an excellent standard . I cannot fault any aspect of the hotel - beautiful pool , sun loungers , rooms , great showers and staff who could not do more for you . I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel .
