The hotel is brand new witch is very nice and clean the location is good if you need to be next to the airport, very far from the city , the only complain we had is the dining at the restaurant was terrible, the food they served took a very long time plus the steak was cold and hard to chew not worth the money .

Brand new hotel, and still getting set up. Few kinks at the start as staff are still getting coordinated, but very nice modern facility and once set-up is complete, should be a very nice hotel. Needs a business center or place in case we need to print a document. Staff initially reluctant to help with that (only 4 pages) and told me I had to find an office depot, but later did, so all good. I stay at hotels that cater to business people. While most things are electronic, occasionally something needs to be wetsigned, and if Hilton cant do that without me having to leave the premises (in bad weather)... well eventually they did, so all good.

The place is very nice and clean. The customer service was outstanding. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4 am and the shuttle driver was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. Another plus was that it is attached to the mall. We were able to go shopping since we had returned our rental car.

The staff was amazing. The receptionist was always so polite so helpful I forgot her name but she have black long hair and braces. She was so seeet allll the time. And the bartender Randall was so profesional, helpful I can see him getting in this world so far. This hotel was overall amazing

It's a great hotel for a quick night before flying out. It's hard to find a good restaurant within walking distance. The City Mall is nice but is too Americanized. The room floor is a bit dirty but otherwise clean. The pool is fabulous!

The staff was excellent and treated us very kindly. Our shuttle driver, Rafael took us to the airport. He was one of the most fun people we met on our trip. I would recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Loved the modern design (rooftop pool was a plus!), easy access to the airport complimentary shuttle service. Also connected to the City Mall - so convenient.
