Stayed in these apar**ents for 10 ntes and highly recommend. We found our side sea view apar**ent very good. Actually much better than expected. It was obviously renovated as was in great condition. It was a studio with lots of room, plenty of storage, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, nice kitchenette with micro, full oven, toaster etc. We were on the 3rd floor with a lovely big balcony that got plenty of sun in the morning which was an added bonus we didn't expect. We found the staff friendly & helpful. The room attendants were lovely and our apar**ent was cleaned every day with fresh towels etc if we needed them. The location was perfect. Overall we had a great experience 🤗🤗🤗

I was due to come home November 10th and had to book an earlier flight for the 6th as it just wasn’t why I expected, I’ve been to Portugal many times in my life and this was the worst experience, the beds were awful, so hard I couldn’t sleep until 4/5am, pillows are lumpy and it’s rock solid. Reception staff ignored us the full week and the noise is unbelievable. The Apar**ent as a whole was very dated and just not pleasing to look at. Only good thing was the cleaning staff.

The hotel is very dated but once you get over the initial shock it’s ok. It’s clean and fully equipped, we hardly spent much time there as we were out and about as so much to see and do. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Less than 5 mins walk if that to the beach and surrounded by loads of bars and restaurants. Walk just up the road to the main ***** and square…live music galore. Great a**osphere. We also walked to the Marina & New Town. The New Town is a bit of a walk. All in all we had an amazing time. Would I stay again yes for a short break. We did 4 nights

I have been to Albuferia a few times and stayed a bit further out and found the taxi rides to be very costly so wanted to stay in the old town . When looking at self catering apar**ents I found these were very well priced and in an excellent location. Surrounded by many restaurants bars and the beautiful fisherman’s beach and little market stalls It’s really is a little gem. Ok the apar**ents are a little dated but they are spotlessly cleaned with hard working and very friendly staff Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable I would definitely return

My Wife and I Stayed at the Edificio Apar**ents Albufeira, The Staff are very friendly and Helpful, The Rooms are well Equipped with everything We needed and was Very Clean, The Location if Brilliant and We had a Great view from Our Balcony, I would Highly Recommend this Please and We will Definitely Return, Thank You, Jim.

Right on the beach. Lifts to upper rooms, our spacious room had fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, modern electric oven with 4 hobs. There was a good selection of pots pans etcetera but strangely no wine glasses. Beds were very comfortable. Cleaners came in everyday to clean and make beds. Good sized bathroom with powerful shower over bath unlimited very hot water. Large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers, balcony. Could be noisy some nights with late revellers in the plaza outside the apar**ent s.

Myself and my partner stayed here in our first visit to Portugal. The Old Town of Albufeira is surprisingly lively, with lots of lively bars, street music and Karaoke bars. You can also find lots of restaurants for all budgets. We loved eating in the sea front restaurants The Apar**ent Room 402 was quite dated, with some dodgy electrical sockets. The double socket for kettle ( next to taps and sink!) came off the wall leaving the wires exposed and potentially lethal. Another socket near the window had the same issue. Balcony table could do with replacing and the opposite apar**ent was crumbling before or eyes. Very noisy till 5.am ish as there was an Irish Bar (O'Dalys) below our window. We had fun and the Beach was lovely, but be aware of the issues.

Can't believe the number of good reviews this apar**ent block has received. The only good thing about it was the cleaners who were friendly, smiling and did a great job. The rest of the staff were sullen and ignored my husband and I for the duration of our 10 night stay. The noise levels were a joke and we were continually woken up throughout the night until 5am. Don't book here if you want a peaceful holiday as it is 'party central' for the young!

Booked here a bit unsure as reviews said it was noisy. My balcony was at the rear of the hotel right opposite the bar playing the music, and to be honest it was great, not too loud and gave a great a**osphere, it was stopped at a reasonable time too. Loved the hotel, basic but had everything you needed. Powerful shower, comfy bed and very clean. Housekeeping came in everyday to make the bed and change towels. Location Fantastic, right at the beach with lots of restaurants near by and just a short walk (couple of mins) to all the hustle and bustle. When my transfer cancelled on me last minute the young man behind reception went over and above his job by taking me round the corner to a tour shop to enable me to get a taxi in time for my flight - thank you so much!! The lady in the tour shop was also fantastic ( it’s just at the back of the hotel beside the supermarket) I will definitely be using her shop when I return to Portugal! Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will be returning. Thank you
