The hotel is a royal guest house with Amazing design and furniture unique location very beautiful and quite royal park close to Al Nuzha royal palace great staff friendly and helpful perfect furniture and room size Good breakfast fabulous swimming pool you will treated as king and queen during your visit. 🔴 the hotel have a K9 security dog he is very hungry they just feed him old toasted bread and the dog have one meter length lech only he can not walk or move I wish from the manager and all the staff to take care of this dog and treat him in better way pls pls This dog need to eat walk and run every day and you have a big garden which you can release him inside and you have a restaurant which can prepare a better soft healthy food for the dog 🐕🔴 The hotel is Adult friendly children not allowed to stay. Thank you so much for everything thing

Make scolding? Not let go Although it ’s a joke, this place is really a bit of a Sheraton name. The lobby is messy. The elevator must not stay in China for annual review. The rooms are very small, the equipment is very old, and the bathroom is too small to take a bath. The breakfast room was overcrowded, and the waiter was crowded over the small dining table like a ballet. The chefs needed to go back to school to retrain. Like it's name, it's truly a paradise in Alexandria away from all the traffic and busy street! The ocean front beach breakfast buffet was so so wonderful, loved it very much. The swimming pool is also beautiful and practical and it was cleaned daily. The front desk stuff was professional, friendly, and helpful, as well as all the other stuff working there. Had a wonderful time there and definitely recommend it!

Eastern Montazah is located in Florence Mega Mall. Entrance looks nice and chic. Mr Michael ( at the front desk ), upgraded our room to a pool view one. There are 2 pools at the hotel. Room is clean, so is the bathroom. ( In case you felt you need them to change your bedsheets, you can always ask.) Staff are hard working. We enjoyed the breakfast. It has many varieties. Mrs. Mona at the restaurant, very welcoming and smile never leave her face. She makes sure that you have everything you need. Mrs Rehab, listened carefully to our feedback and made sure all is good and that we enjoyed our stay. Free Wifi is available in rooms. Parking is available with extra charge but you'll find parking place outside the hotel. ( Neighboorhood isn't that good so it's better you have a car. ) Hotel is recommended if you are searching for a clean and nice hotel, this one is a value deal.

Youra gave us a tour of the luxury suites and the whole hotel, and everyone including the policeman on the front door were great. It was wonderful. I highly recommend it. At the beginning we had a room with city view, which we did not like. We wanted to see the sea. After consultation with the front desk and a higher price we got another room with sea view. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There is everything that *** can imagine. *** finds something for everyone. Service was also very good. The water in the bathroom did not want to be warmer and a staff came very fast and has everything for us great set and solved the problem. The hotel is very clean and all staff are very friendly. There is a bus that runs every hour for free to the beach. The hotel has a private beach which is only for the visitors and is very clean. There is also an internal pool. We will be back definitely!
