I had a terrible experience in this hotel at the end of August. Someone(s) broke into my room for 2 consecutive days with my door confirmed locked. The hotel didn't treat me seriously, they couldn't provide any convincing explanation or compensation. I went there for a business trip and had booked this hotel for 10 nights. The break in incident happened in the early morning 5:30am after my first sleep. I heard someone tried to open my door, but because I had locked it, so the intruder shaked the handle a few times, and eventually it did open!!! I went down and reported to the reception directly and asked if there was any CCTV. The staff said she didn't know...had to wait for her colleague to come back to answer me in the evening....by then i was told that there was no CCTV in this hotel...and they admitted it was one of their staff who broke into my room!!! I requested an explanation, the front desk only said it would not happen again. I requested to meet the duty manager, she said the manager would talk to me tomorrow....this is how they treated this security issue and code of conduct ”seriously”. Totally unacceptable. I could only go back to my room for the 2nd night. But then at 7:15am in the next morning, there was someone broke into my room again!! With a loud door closing sound, which i even more confirmed then the first time. The intruder went out as well before showing his/her face. It was unbelievable!!! I reported to the front desk again but they seemed not believe in me. Said it was not their staff this time and it was impossible to unlock the door with other cards. Long story short, it took me a whole day again in order to talk to the duty manager. And i personally showed her how to unlock my door using her card. She was finally speechless and arranged a new room for me. She said would investigate But I still could not receive a solid explanation in the next day and really felt unsafe. I was not able to sleep well and was super alert to different sounds. The next day the GM finally met me, but then still no compensation or with any gesture of apology. Didn't feel i was treated seriously so I decided to change the hotel for personal safety. They still charged me the fee for the 3 days. This was my worst hotel experience ever. Room at the front with lovely view of the old town hall. But disadvantage is the noise in the nights on the weekends. Despite an excellent location the hotel is situated next to ‘bar street’ in Zeist. Rooms are spacious but no fridge. Towels need upgrading. Had a few drinks in the Grand Cafe downstairs and was unable to charge this to room. Had to go upstairs to collect purse. Not guest friendly. Very sp**** on coffee and tea in room. Had to ask for extra every day. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice. Due to work i stayed there already couple of times. It is a modern hotel with big rooms, nice modern hotel facilities like the restaurant, bar or outdoor terrace. People are very friendly & helpful!

I was happy to see the room, a large bed with good matraces and nice kiss, a great bath where we could be together. The reception service was good, friendly staff, later check-out was no problem and what I found a terrible attention is that I received the extra hours gift because I was birthday. Thank you again :) We have not used breakfast which was, for the rest, including the price, so I have no judgment about it. I missed a waste box on the room, further fine room. The open concept was just dressing ..... (wc behind a separation wall)

Excellent customer service and room are comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff are welcoming. Nice to have access to the local gym. The room was big and bed comfortable. I recommend this hotel. Easy access from the main road and it's a quiet area.

Ik was verrast door de aangename sfeer van de kamer en de rustige ligging van het hotel. Goede service aan de receptie en het restaurant had een goede menukaart en lekker eten. Op de kamer lag een brief met de mededeling dat als je langer bleef dan een dag en geen schoonmaak of nieuw handdoeken nodig had, dan je dat kon doorgeven aan de receptie. Meteen gedaan natuurlijk, niet vanwege de fles wijn of de koffie met gebak die me in het vooruitzicht was gesteld, maar omdat al dat gepoets vaak niet nodig is. De fles wijn trouwens nooit gekregen, maar ik vond het te Hollands om erom te vragen...

High-end hotel. The room is large and the facilities are new and the living is very comfortable. The front desk is very good. Because there are various activities in the hotel from time to time, there are more people coming and going. I don't know why the room suddenly broadcast loudly in the early morning of the middle of the night, we can't understand it, broadcast three times. Parking for in-house guests is free.

Excellent location, close to the railway station, a supermarket and city center. Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and well equipped rooms. Staying on the 6th floor gave me a nice view of the sunrise. It exceeded my expectations!
