Hotels in Amesbury with Swimming Pools

Unfortunately standards have slipped considerably. The staff are still welcoming and go the extra mile. But. The once fine menu has collapsed. We were looking forward to a good steak, we'd enjoyed a couple not that long ago on a previous visit. Gone. We even checked to see if we hadn't got the full menu. It's not so much a menu with something for everyone it's a menu that delights the HI accountants. Dining at HI Solstice was one of the benefits of staying there. No longer. I'm sure we are not the only people to complain. In fact listening to other diners we certainly were not. If we want a burger we can just walk across the park. Ludicrous.

The hotel gives a pleasant surprise. Whether it's room facilities, comfort or location, it's great. Family hotel, the enthusiastic lady at the front desk is the boss. Very kind and enthusiastic. Help me book a taxi and ask me for all kinds of information. Very lucky to choose this hotel. highly recommended!
