Breakfast was too bad. Hotel staff are not at all co-operative with foreign clients.Not at all 5 star service worst than even 2 star service.
Room cleanliness very bad. Though we checked in 15.00 hours but still got super dirty room without even cleaning tables and beds.
Aircons dont work if outside temperature around 22-25 degrees

非常適合親子出遊的一家酒店，室外泳池還有小童嬉水池可以照顧到大小盆友。酒店內還可以看到許多小動物，前台員工都非常熱情友好讓人感覺舒服。很不錯的住宿體驗。房間設計既大方又美觀，好多東西都是用竹子手工編織的，用起來非常放心。前台服務態度也很好，服務人員都很熱情，下次還來

空氣也很不錯，門外也有小溪，酒店周圍的配套設施適合小朋友，有小童樂園，温泉也很好，自助早餐也很好，孔雀園很有特色，環境也沒得説，依山傍水，幽雅安靜。前台服務很好。以後還回來入住。
