Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. I stayed at the hotel for a night. It is close to the Red Square, perfect. Many restaurants and cafes are at the distance. The rooms are very clean, the room has a kettle and tea/cafe bonus. The workers are very interested and kind. There is everything to think about at breakfast. They have prepared like a open buffet but those working in the body's protection are serving themselves. Rooms are a little small and bottom-up but if you stay a few days and you don't spend a lot of time in the room, it's definitely an ideal choice. Thank you very much for everything.

I was in the case of going to Ankara for a job during the pandemic period, and last year I was an hotel that came and I went nervously for the coronation but a hotel more clean and hygienic than I expected was all the measures taken and our room was cleaned every day. I recommend all that we are desinfected

Worst hotel we stayed in Ankara. The staff of the hotel is incredibly rude. we had to go down again and again because there was a problem with the door card and the door. We preferred the hotel for the massage, but it was an underground salon independent from the hotel and the prices were higher and lower quality than the alternatives. If you are just looking for a hotel in the center or if you are looking for a spa hotel, it should definitely be your last choice. The ventilation of the bathroom is bad and it smells. The walls are very thin, you can listen to the conversation of the next room completely. They charge exorbitant fees for the products in the room.

The staff at the reception was friendly, the hotel was quite dirty, the room was a little cleaner but you saw on the mirrors that was not clean with water (sliding everywhere).After all, the bedwax was clean. Unfortunately, only 1 towel was provided for 2 people but a few more was delivered on demand. Air conditioning did not go and there was nothing happening on demand. It is very noisy at night because of the nearby bars and therefore it is hard to think of sleep until about 1.30 morning. However, top is the location directly at the pedestrian area and there were parking spaces on the ground.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it should be regarded as the most convenient area to travel in Ankara. The room is quite satisfactory, the facilities are not too new, and I am very satisfied with the work of the hotel service staff. I will use it as a repeat stay in Ankara in the future.

On arrival at the hostel we saw a sign that the settlement was possible from 8 a.m. We arrived at the hostel at 7 a.m., waited an hour. The room was small, inside was dirty, apparently the floor was soaped, but in the corners, under the bed and on the side and behind the bed, under the radiator no one washed or even washed dust and trash lay there. In the bath, the pelvic is black on the shelves, in the shower and in the corners. No towels and slippers, although when booking it was written that there was, the same with the phenomenon. The mixer on the shelves is broken, the water flows on the shelves on the sides and flows from somewhere from the bottom, the door of the shelves also hangs, there are no hooks for the towels. Bedding was also dirty washed, in some spots, slept in clothes. When we left in the evening, there was no one again on the respiratory. Waited for 15 minutes, walked the hostel looking for. No, left the keys on the table and left because we had the plane and had to go urgently. It's bad, I don't know where so many positive feedback came from. So all who live in the hostel are always walking around and yelling, or sitting in the street under the windows and they are heard as if they were talking in your ear. Very bad noise isolation, the door is thin and everyone can hear who walks past. There was a toilet common and there the door was closed only if it was strongly shut, every time it woke up.

1 gece eşimle konakladik. Gerçekten tertemizdi. Sabah kahvaltısında kahvaltı tabağı hazirlanmisti. Ayriyeten sınırsız haşlanmış yumurta, reçel, tereyağı ve çikolata vardı. Bittikçe alabiliyorsunuz. Bir de isteyenler için çorba da vardı. Çay ve kahve de mevcuttu. İçme suyu için sebil vardı ve temizdi. Merkezi bir yerde olması avantaj. Fakat otopark sorunu var. Biz otelin önü boş olduğu için oraya arabamizi çektik. Valizi odaya koyup, geri indigimizde arabamız az kalsın çekiliyordu.
