Simon and Louise were very welcoming hosts and provided all the comforts needed for a short stay in a hotel. The room was lovely with an outstanding view and the bed very comfortable. A great addition was the little fridge for keeping a few things cold for picnics the next day. Breakfasts were very tasty and well cooked, with a good selection of cold things available. Nothing seemed too much trouble, I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent 2 night stay during a whistle stop tour of the west country and only wish we could have stayed longer! Simon, Louise and the team made us so welcome. The views are amazing, room very spacious and comfortable. A unique cinema room with a vast array of film titles and books to read added to a most enjoyable stay. Simon also does a mean breakfast! Thank you both for your excellent, kind hospitality.

It was very clean family run hotel with some lovely little touches, But some things need updating such as dressing gowns in the room - which were a little old. We had a twin room which was very basic and appeared to have been furnished to a low budget. We only used the hotel as a base, but there was a really lovely sitting room / bar which was available to use and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a very good array of food options and you could have what you fancied.

We stayed for 2 nights and wished we had booked for a longer stay. A lovely family run establishment, where nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The room we occupied overlooked the estuary and offered a splendid view. The breakfasts were cooked to order and there was a generous buffet available. Its a fifteen minute walk into Looe, a little longer to stagger back after a good night out in the towns restaurants probably best to book a Taxi! I look forward to retuning, and I would recommend this Hotel to anybody.

Delightful hotel with wonderful river views from quiet elevated position yet minutes or so drive to centre Looe. Extremely charming helpful hosts. Breakfasts leisurely - just about anything you could wish for!

Lovely property, easy location for Looe and surrounding area. the staff could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Room was comfortable and well equipped, lovely relaxing lounge bar area. Great breakfast

The best B&B experience we’ve ever had. As Americans who now live in London, we were blown away by the hospitality and charm of this place, not to mention the cleanliness and the best English breakfast we’ve had. If you want a place that feels like you have family that live in Cornwall at a beautiful manor and you get to visit them, this is the place for you. Not to mention we brought our 6 month old and they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed!

Stunning location with beautiful views of Looe river/harbour. Advertisement pictures of pool very misleading. Pool was unusable on our arrival, dirty no circulation and low water level. House is eclectic in decor, spacious and functional but a little tired. Excellent hosts. Excellent food and breakfast service. Parking close and secure. Loads of outdoor seating but patio area needs a thorough ****ing and sorting. Extremely pet friendly and accommodating.
