I came to Jilin for 5 days, and the memory of the perfect experience stayed at Hilton. First of all, I would like to thank Manager Yang Jincheng for his warm hospitality. I have not been to Ningxia in the whole country. I have stayed in many expensive hotels, but I didn't expect that the best service was here. The room is very comfortable and clean, the scenery is also very good, and it was upgraded for free. Since it is a new opening and there are not many people, we also gave away hot spring coupons opposite. The overall experience is very smooth, so good that the price has increased. Manager Yang also helped with the pick-up and drop-off station. We wanted to go rafting, visit the zoo, and then go through the jungle. Manager Yang specially found someone to arrange it, and even went to Yanji to pick up the car directly for us to drive away. It was the first time to see so few people for breakfast, and there were many varieties to choose from. I strongly recommend their beef brisket soup noodles made with cold noodles, which tasted very good. Thanks again to the restaurant manager Dou Guoxia for her very kind service. Because Hilton left very good memories in Changbai Mountain, I, a person who doesn't like to write reviews, also want to say a few words. The newly opened hotel has really good service. The itinerary was a bit hasty. The 3-day and 2-night itinerary was booked one day in advance. I was afraid that the Golden Week was full and I couldn't upgrade the room according to the activity, so I called the hotel to confirm. The manager Yang Jincheng of the concierge depar**ent not only coordinated the room, but also carefully and thoughtfully worried that the remaining upgraded room type was not good and affected the check-in experience, so he directly upgraded it to a suite! Then arranged a pick-up station. The itinerary to the mountain on the 4th was also arranged by the concierge depar**ent. The minibus went directly to the hotel to pick people up the mountain. If there were many people during the holiday, it would be understandable if the service was not in place, but there was no chance to disappoint us here. Eric of the concierge depar**ent (yes, many people have mentioned it, 😊) had a ho**** voice and patiently repeated to different guests how to take the car, how to go up the mountain, and reminded them of precautions. Fortunately, the weather was fine on the 4th, and the trip to Tianchi was very smooth. Eric also arranged the pick-up on the 5th. He knew that we had a train at 14:00, so he arranged a train at 13:00 (about 40 minutes by car) and delayed check-out. Of course, there are really not many food options in the mountains. We had a hot pot buffet on the 1st floor and a Korean barbecue set meal on the 2nd floor (there is room for improvement, haha). If you drive here, you can consider eating somewhere else. P.S. There is a convenience store in the hotel, and you can take a hot spring bath opposite. It seems that you will get a hot spring ticket when you check in.

One point that particularly touched me was that we drove there by ourselves, with a lot of luggage and boxes tied to the roof of the car. As soon as the car parked at the door of the hotel, it should be the concierge who saw that we had so much luggage, and several people came to help move the luggage immediately. The response speed was very fast, and there was no intention of asking you to do it👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel room is also very comfortable. Special thanks to Fiona, who patiently helped answer various questions before going. After arriving, she upgraded the room with balcony near the mountain. She also helped solve various problems during the stay. The service of other hotel staff is also very good. Whether it is the concierge, front desk, restaurant staff or cleaning lady, they will greet you warmly when they see you. The service is super good and gives guests a great experience. But the ambient noise outside the window is a bit loud. It starts buzzing at around 7 o'clock in the morning. Maybe the noise in the rooms on the other side will be less. I hope the hotel can find the cause of the noise and solve it.

The Hilton Hotel gave me a sense of happiness during my May Day trip to the north slope of Changbai Mountain. Although I was traveling with my family of 11, I still chose to climb No. 2, which has the most climbers. But the whole trip was smooth, thanks to the hotel. It is very close to Changbai Mountain Tianchi, and a VIP car was used to send us up the mountain, and water was poured for us during meals, etc. The environment and facilities are very high-end and clean, and the room is also equipped with a humidifier.
