環境：跟其他酒店差不多
服務：前台服務態度很好，熱情
設施：一般。
衞生間我是服了，小的無話可説，價格還貴，整體而言我覺得沒那麼高大尚，

衞生：衞生還行，過得去
因為是暴雪後過去，路上都是積雪。本想着預訂一家好一點的酒店，過去舒服的度假，誰想，去到差點找不到酒店入口，偌大的酒店招牌就是沒找到入口。酒店門口、路面全是積雪也沒人打掃，好不容易找到車位，地下停車場也沒酒店電梯標識。
最慘的是在零下的温度，熱水衹有比體温高一些，叫了管家，説是用的人多了，熱水供應不足，我還是第一次住酒店遇到有這種情況。
房間裏有各種誘導性消費產品，太讓人反感了。
酒店的價格在整個湖南來説也不算便宜了，服務，硬件是墊底的。
這是我住過價格跟服務最不匹配。絕對不推薦。

這次回來預訂了棋牌房，衞生乾淨整潔，給人清爽的感覺，視野開闊，棋牌室娛樂辦公都可以，前台服務非常熱情，房間沒有免礦，前台小姐姐很熱情的送了兩瓶水，朋友都説很好，下次回來還是住這裏！非常奈斯，確實值得推薦！

作為一個新酒店，隔音隔音隔音！酒店隔音根本沒做，太垃圾了！其餘方面都還可以。估計會死在隔音這一個缺點上面！
