I am very satisfied with both the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. Except for the bad attitude of the waitresses at the front desk and restaurant, everything else is very good!

The Cliff House is a beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It ticked all the boxes for a special occasion.

Great experience, had lovely coffee and scones during our visit to Ardmore. The hotel appears to be run and managed really well and the staff had such a professional approach and were impeccable dressed and had a great attitude. The service was second to none. I will definitely look forward to the next visit.

I did not have a comfortable stay due to making a bad choice of room and discovered, on arrival, that it was a long distance from the main reception and dining area of the hotel. I should have asked to change room or checked out and stayed elsewhere, but the visit was for a family party, and I understood that the hotel was fully booked. It was only a short stay, so I put up with the inconvenience, but it spoiled the enjoyment of my visit.

Fabulous boutique hotel in a fantastic location over looking Ardmore Bay. We spent the weekend in the Cliff Cottage which is very private, very well equipped and preloaded with everything you need for good breakfasts and snacks throughout the day. We used the hotel facilities including the The Bar restaurant and spa everyday as well as walks along Ardmore beach and the cliff. The food, service and staff were excellent. One thing to mention is that the Cliff Cottage is completely separate from the hotel is accessed by a steep set of steps (about 60) and could be challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely relaxing stay -well run hotel in a beautiful location. Stayed for two nights with dinner in both the Bar and House restaurant. Would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent friendly service and stunning location. Two areas to improve. A full floor plan of the hotel needed for ease or communication around it. You shouldn’t have to go through the reception in your dressing gown to get to the spa.

Amazing location. Food is delicious. Staff not as friendly as in other hotels we have stayed. Hotel could be cleaner, particularly in spa.
