7Pines Resort Sardinia

Wow, we had a wonderful luxurious week at 7 Pines. The service from all the staff was amazing. They really can’t do enough for you. The lovely Reception staff, the wonderful breakfast staff and of course the wonderful, kindest man Hamza who did everything he could to look after us at the pool. He really is a gem, also the very hard working Carlotta who seemed to be on duty morning and night! Our room was lovely, a bit on the small side but extremely nice with a garden overlooking the beach and sea, everything you could want including a Choice of pillows! the breakfast was divine, fresh fruit, huge choice of everything , food cooked to order and the most tasty fresh delicious cakes. The only niggle during our stay was the price of the drinks, we did enjoy a cocktail or two at the fabulous pool bar - extremely delicious but three times the price we normally expect to pay, plus a lovely bottle of Whispering Angel on the sunset terrace, 95 euros. It is worth a trip out to Baie Sardinia, just a short taxi ride away, to get a meal and drinks at a more reasonable price but overall, this hotel is pure luxury and we had such wonderful stay and met some lovely people.

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms are a little small for the money paid but the fronds and Pool were spacious. Food was amazing, world’s best pizza claim! Personally I liked lunch time pizza better but all very very good. M star restrains tasting was expensive but totally worth it. Great service all round - deffo need a car as this hotel is remote

The hotel is beautifully situated but a car is a must to allow you to enjoy the local area. The room was very nice , roomy with all of the amenities you could want. We landed in Alghero so it was about a 2 hr drive to get there but the roads are very good. We got to visit Porto Cervo and we went on a boat trip to explore the islands from Laconia. We also really enjoyed visiting Phi Beach if you like experiencing great food and great music… the DJ Themba was playing. My only reservation was the cost …. I was ok paying more for my accommodation however the practice of automatically including tips on everything I did not like and I was shocked to see that I was expected to tip again for every night I stayed on my final bill notwithstanding having paid tips on everything else !! I have never seen that before and it left a bad taste in my mouth. The service was friendly and helpful throughout but that’s what I expect when I am paying very high prices to stay in a 5 star resort. I don’t expect to be expected to reward good service multiple times.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views, beautiful surroundings, and an atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and forget about everyday life. What truly made our stay special was the incredible team. A special thank you to Hamsa, the pool attendant, who took exceptional care of the guests every day. Always friendly, attentive, and professional, he made sure everyone felt comfortable and looked after. His positive attitude and dedication added something special to every day by the pool. My son was absolutely blown away by 7Pines and loved every moment of our stay. From the pool and the facilities to the warm hospitality, it was a vacation he will never forget. Another big thank you goes to Pietro at the cocktail bar, who crafted some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Not only is he a talented bartender, but he also creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes every evening memorable. The service throughout the resort was outstanding, the facilities are beautiful, and the pool area is simply fantastic. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed to create a luxury experience without ever feeling pretentious. This is one of those rare places that makes you wish your vacation would never end. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia.

I have recently stayed at 7pines resort in Sardinia for a total of 5 nights. The scenery, pool area and beaches are fabulous and I truly relaxed and recouped during my stay here…. HOWEVER! Food and drink is very pricey comparatively speaking when up against properties I have stayed at across Italy and south of France with similar reputations as this one which is disappointing to see…. Disappointed for the price point we have paid it does not stand up in relation to its service. At breakfast, the service got progressively worse each day to the point we had to go to the bar and order our own coffees an was told with an hour left on breakfast that “orange juice has finished!?’’ despite other guests around us being served orange juice after this statement…not very attentive and a lack of genuine hospitality at times from some members of staff. On one occasion our room had not been serviced during the day, we rang reception to request fresh towels at a bare minimum…. the staff were not apologetic and 30 minutes later no sign which meant my partner had to walk and request them in person which again had a turn around time of 20 minutes, not great when we had a dinner reservation that we were then late for! I am an avid padel player and the price point of this property should include access to the padel court included in the price. 60 euros for an hour is not competitive at all and again restricts facilities of this property. Would be great to have staff organise daily sessions for the facilities they have on-site which would be inclusive of your stay. Pickleball, tennis and padel courts were completely un-used during my stay… such a waste! Definitely recommend a car for getting around and seeing the area and eating at different places each night. Overall, Sardinia is beautiful, the pool areas and beach areas are amazing with plenty of space and comfortable loungers and shade. Service, pricing and hospitality is not that of similar properties across Europe and the world to which I have stayed at over the last 5 years. Would not recommend nor will I return to this establishment currently. I am not looking for the typical response from management on here about standards and quality must be preserved as from staying here that was not the case. Managing directors only cared about the people with expensive jewellery and clothing. Everyone else staying there was invisible!

My wife and I stayed here on our anniversary (and her birthday) and had an absolutely wonderful stay. All of the staff at the property went above and beyond and the setting itself was absolutely stunning. Great location within walking distance to Baja Sardinia.

A rather disappointing visit to 7 Pines. The hotel had been hyped up and we were hoping for a wonderful stay with family. The rooms and suites were a good standard but there was no space for suitcase unpacking. We had to use the sofa in our suite. And the wardrobes had very little clever storage space. Much of it was hanging space with no hangers! The most frustrating aspect was to be in Italy and have awful food. The first night we ate at Spazio. Advertised as the best Pizza in the World. It was disgusting. Cold passata and soggy dough served around a cheap outdoor, badly lit gazebo. Breakfast was well laid out for the buffet but ordering coffees or teas was always very slow. Even getting water for the table took half an hour. Definitely don’t bother with the fancy poached egg options. We cancelled our dinner reservations after that and headed to Porto Cervo for better food and atmosphere. Saying all this the staff were kind and helpful and the spa treatments were brilliant.
