Stay was great and Location was
Convenient and not far from downtown. They only thing that I Didnt really like is how you are forced to use and pay for valet service rather you want to or not. I wouldve like to have that option to use valet but other than that everything was great. Guy at the bar was awesome an very informative.

The hotel itself and the rooms are excellent, and so is the staff. The only downsides are valet parking only, and the bar food. Valet parking was overly expensive and inconvenient, with conditions put on which type of parking (day or overnight) would allow for in and out access. There’s no restaurant or kitchen, per se, so on a very rainy night I had the choice of walking in the rain to a nearby restaurant or getting a poor pizza at the bar. These are not meant to sound like complaints, simply the realities of what could make an excellent hotel an exceptional one. I would stay there again. Thanks!

Room needed remodeling as it showed a lot of wear.
Sink was clogged up, staff tried to open it up but was not succesful.

The location is wonderful, you are centrally located in downtown and can walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was kind and very helpful. The room was very clean. My only complaints are that they scent they use in the hotel and s sweet and off putting if you have sensitivity to sweet smells or allergies. Additionally, for a 3 and a half star property the toliet paper and kleenex are rough and seem cheap. After 3 nights we were done with it.
