Bedbugs....very disappointed. Maybe the sheets were not changed before we arrived. We cancelled our additional reservation because of this

Need to make sure you notify guests of the parking fee when checking in. We saw the sign but no one mentioned it at check in and I didn’t see it on the site

The hotel was very nice, the ladies at the front desk were friendly, rooms are clean and they had a great dark roast coffee out for breakfast. If I ever stay the night for business or pleasure I’d come back here.

The hotel was nice enough but the $75.00 pet fee for one night was a bit excessive. Every other hotel we stayed at on a six day drive across the U.S. only charged $20.00-$25.00 for the same one night stay. My fault for not checking this before booking the reservation but be forewarned! The hotel was also located where there was no on street parking nor an easy to find in the dark free parking lot. The hotel charged $15.00 to park in the garage. I feel that this should have been made clear at the time of booking and not discovered as you’re getting into the elevator to go to the lobby to check in.

We liked the easy walking access to downtown Asheville’s numerous great restaurants and the easy driving accessibility. Parking was ample and convenient in the basement. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would recommend this hotel.

Great, beautiful hotel. And wonderful value for a hotel so close to downtown Asheville. Would’ve given it 5 stars, but I figured out why it was a great value…the area around the hotel is incredibly LOUD! All Night LONG! The acoustics of the hotel are terrible. The second night I requested earplugs, but was still awoken all night to jackhammers, dumpster sounds and general sounds of guests around the hotel.
