7 июня в 20-30 приехал оставить залог за номер - люкс, не смог попасть внутрь стал звонить на рецепшн. Девушка на мой вопрос как открыть дверь, куда нажимать нахамила- А вы когда ключи от дома забываете что делаете? И так несколько раз подряд. В итоге развенулся и отказался от выбора этого отеля. Немного странное приветствие для уставших гостей, ищуших отдых и сервис.

Прекрасное расположение, но администратор не компетентный. Приехали спать, а за стеной оооочень громко храпит мужчина! Администратор ответила, что он там живет месяц и постоянно храпит, но тем не менее, заселяют в номер за стенкой, хотя есть другие свободные номера. Переселение уже за деньги и без завтрака.

Есть плюсы, есть минусы. Из минусов: номер был на первом этаже(непривычно и немного шумновато), далековато от центра. Из плюсов: вкусный завтрак на выбор, неплохой номер, приветливые сотрудницы на ресепшене, недалеко от набережной.
