The room is cleaned every day and the service is good! A good day starts with breakfast. I eat it once a day. If I don’t know what to eat, I will order their food. It’s delicious. I recommend it!

The hotel was really near to all the places I planned to go in Bac Giang. I was totally amazed with how big and modern the hotel was when I first saw it. The neccessities inside was extremely beautiful as well, you have to go to the roof top pool if you come here, so cute.

Very nice hotel, the best hotel to visit in Beijiang! Most of the service staff are very nice and proactive in saying hello; they are always there when you need them! It is surrounded by Beijiang Plaza and there is a hotel swimming pool downstairs!

Going back to Bac Giang for business and choose Ravatel hotel to stay. I am quite impressed with the hotel. Surrounded by a lot of trees, the room is fully equipped and there is a washing machine, the room I stayed in also has a kitchen to cook, can't believe that a 4-star standard hotel cares about customers from such small things. The gym room is quite good, the swimming pool is hot. Enthusiastic staff can speak both Chinese and English. Will come back next time when I come back to Bac Giang for business.
