Would NEVER book here again. Loud, dirty. If I wasn’t already leaving at 4 AM for a flight, or had ANY other option, I would have went somewhere else. Staff were friendly enough and I made it to my flight, but didn’t get any quality rest because of how noisy this place was

I lost out on my money for this night's stay - we showed up an hour before check in, knowing we were early, but thought we would just see if the room was ready by chance. When we pulled up, we were a little worried by how run down it looked. When we walked in the main door, we were hit in the face by the smell of pot. The floor was sticky, lobby was dirty. Our room wasn't ready (which we expected) so we asked to use the restroom in the lobby. The doors were bolted closed and we were given a key to get in. The women's restroom door had to be shoved open. I was only able to get the door about halfway open enough to slip inside, but then I discovered there wasn't a handle on the inside of the door, so I just said NOPE and slipped back out. When we left, there were a couple homeless people in the parking lot. The photos on this site versus what we actually saw are 100% false advertising. We didn't feel safe so we left and got a room at another hotel for the night. I hate that I lost $100, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Front desk staff was friendly, but that’s were it ends. Bedsheet were stained and one comforter had mold. Towel holder was torn off wall, tub was super slippery. The rugs in hallway were super stained and it smelled horrible. Will never stay at a Comfort in again. Too bad I didn’t take pictures.

I had to wait a hr to get my room the rooms didn’t have no towels the bathroom was not clean the pillows flat ass hell the blanket feel like sheets lol I was trying to be close to the event I was going to but never again and if the breakfast ain’t good ima be piss.

The desk clerk was very nice and pleasant. The security deposit wasn’t disclosed on the website and is very inconvenient and deceptive because you’re actual paying more for the room than what is on the website. Also, people living there and up at all house of the night so, definitely didn’t feel safe.

The staff were so kind. But the hotel was a lil out dated & unclean more than i expected. The elevator was COMPLETELY missing its 1st floor button so you had to walk down the stairs everytime you left out. Another guest told me its been that way for alomst a week and there was only one set of towels in our room.

If you are looking just for a bed and shower this place is fine. If your looking to got to the first floor good luck the 1st button was broken so we had to use stairs which is fine for younger people, but keeping up with hotel standards a no go. Oh my good I don't want to mention how horrible check in was. No hello, no what's your last name, nothing nice or sweet just I need ID. The white lady from Sat Feb 24 at 9pm should quit and never do customer service ever again. She was out loud complaining about never doing this shift again, about her job, could not find keys, and I could keep going on the front desk staff, but it would frustrate travelers. Bring your own pillows mine had blood splatter and no pillow protectors on any pillows. Couldn't find pillow cases for replacement. For being a past Guest Service Manager myself I do understand late night check ins and in multiple positions you have to for front desk and the people for 18 years, and I know this hotel is leaving a whole hotel and people in hands of incompetent people. Good luck never again pay the extra money and go somewhere else it's not worth it for couples on a romantic getaway from kids.

Deposit needed is twice of that of holiday in. Our room smelt mildewy. Pills are smaller than my head. It was a okay place but for a little more you can get better. Breakfast did have a decent array of options though.

Checking in was delayed due to under staffed reception.receptionist was also the driver for airport pickups.
