View from the hotel is amazing, swimming pool is very clean, all in all fantastic place to spend few days in Nusa Penida. Location is 45min away from Kelingking beach and about an hour away from Diamond beach by bike so it is convinient to visit both East and West coast of the island. Boat port is just 10min away from hotel and whole coast has beautiful beach clubs where you can chill.

You will enjoy it if you like silence and isolation. But you need to be skilled scooter driver to get there. No shops or restaurants around. Hotel serving great food and breakfast to your room. Chilling pool and nature’s surrounding. Only problem we had is AC was leaking on the bedroom wall and on the other side its water output was directly on bathroom floor.

It's so bad, don't be fooled! In the deep mountains and old forests, there are small dilapidated buildings. Picture 1 is the lobby. There is only a crowded one-way road at the door. The driver's car can only go in and out in reverse. If you are not skilled, there is a cliff next to it. The hotel staff's The clothes were extremely dirty, there were no shops nearby, and the signal was still poor. If something happened... the consequences were unimaginable. The more I thought about it, the more scared I became. My friend and I didn't even check in when we arrived at the hotel lobby, so we just changed hotels! I originally believed in Ctrip, but I didn’t expect this to happen. Everyone must be careful when looking for hotels on Ctrip in the future. It’s so scary.

THE WORST HOTEL OF THE 8 HOTELS we stayed in in Bali. Don't be lazy and read everything. What should I start with? The advantage of the hotel is the view of the volcano. ALL! There is nothing good about him anymore! Located in the middle of the mountain, to get to the hotel you need to drive off the road through some barn; the driver had difficulty finding the hotel. The drive to the south of the island is 1 hour without traffic jams. To the north of the island - 30 minutes. I’m generally silent about the western part of the island. There is nothing nearby - no restaurants, no shops, no massage parlors. You can come to this hotel just to look at the volcano. BUT! The hotel itself is terrible. All the reviews that we read about the hotel are almost all fake, I’m sure. This is clearly not a four star hotel! Terrible condition of the room and bathroom. Everything is old, there is dust somewhere, a wall is peeling somewhere, poorly working locks, dirty mugs! Water in glass bottles - it is not clear where they get it from. Huge gaps in the doors that allow all creatures to crawl into your room. Closet doors not working. Bathroom: one set of towels, bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are not labeled. The faucet in the sink has only one valve. There was no hot water for 2 days. The shower fixture is broken. There was no bath, although it was stated in the room description. There were toothbrushes - hallelujah! And this is a 4* hotel! The description of the room also does not correspond - there was no refrigerator, bath, bathrobes, hot water 24 hours a day, cable TV. When breakfast arrived, we were once again convinced that we had done the right thing and decided to leave this hotel. There was hair in the food, there was bird droppings on the knife, there was dirt inside the metal juice tube, you can immediately see that everything was not washed well. We rented a hotel for 3 nights, but decided to move the evening we arrived. We wanted a refund for 2 nights, but they refused. When I tried to resolve the issue through trip.com support, they couldn’t do anything either. The owner or owner refused to communicate with us; she forbade the service staff to give her phone number to resolve the issue, even when we told us about the discrepancy with the description of the number on the website. They simply said, “sorry, we can’t refund your money.” We rented a scooter at the hotel - a terrible scooter for 100,000, the price for this is 50,000 maximum. The most disappointing thing was that trip.com customer service couldn't do anything since the hotel contacted them after we left and said that all the amenities written on the website were there. Although I sent the photo to the support service.

The price/performance ratio is very good because the scenery is great, opposite the sea and the volcano. The breakfast is also very sincere and delicious. It only costs 300+ per night. It is really a good deal and highly recommended. There are sacrificial activities in the village below, and the music is quite good, which fits well with this place. It's just that the road is not easy to find and it's hard to drive in.

Very good value for money, you can see the sea view and beautiful mountains from the room. For convenient transportation, you need to rent a motorcycle on the island. It takes about 20 minutes to ride the 11 kilometers.

Environment: A new B&B in a very remote Penida Island. We arrived in the evening and there was no hot water upstairs. They moved us to the second floor and the cookies they gave us were delicious😋 When you open the door, you will see the beautiful view of the volcano, very quiet and original. There is also a floating breakfast, which we did not order. We booked a one-day tour of the Western Route at the hotel for 600,000 Indonesian rupiah. The Western Route was so bumpy that I got motion sick and only went to two attractions. Service: Especially the kitchen aunt. She thought we were going to eat in the room in the morning and was holding a tray to deliver it to the room. My husband said that the fried spaghetti in the evening was particularly delicious😋 For breakfast, the watermelon was left out for a long time, and I did some yoga next to the swimming pool.
