The ratings are strictly based on those categories. Seriously, I am unsure about the other floors but on the 21st floor, the sound proofing between rooms and ceiling is horrendous. Chatter and movement of furniture, water sound from the tap can be heard clearly.. its from a non connecting room. Staff are really polite and helpful I must say. Gym facilities is excellent. As for the pool, if you are a non-smoker, you may prefer to avoid it as smoking is allowed on some seating areas. The shopping mall is not in operation yet so consider your options before you book.

Quite surprised stay experience. We got one room left at the first rate 1 in the lobby, the staff was warm, even impressed. After checking in, entering the room, the condition was not as promised. Bed with sleek & old sheets. Gordyn I peeled for a long time and did not change. There is no foot slipper, air drip on the floor of the room. Remote tv is stuck (the battery is already rusty), when asked to change, the staff did not respond. The bathroom cleanliness is less, fortunately the hot water bath is available smoothly. What's interesting is the beautiful view of the restaurant facing the sea & boats in the distance. In the view below the restaurant there is a large swimming pool, liked by children. The standard breakfast menu once, but it's already a few minutes out when it arrives. Which is pretty good fried noodles. Well, that's enough. Hopefully the front of this hotel is evaporated, considering the old/senior hotel in his time. Unfortunately, the concept & asset has been owned. Bravo Marcopolo1

good location on the side of the city center street,the facilities are quite good and very clean,the price is favorable,the service is very friendly,the convenience care is very strict,it is exhausted and fast,i really feel quiet and comfortable staying here, If you bring a family who is elderly, I suggest you confirm the hostel before check in to take the room below, because the stairs is quite expensive.
