The ratings are strictly based on those categories. Seriously, I am unsure about the other floors but on the 21st floor, the sound proofing between rooms and ceiling is horrendous. Chatter and movement of furniture, water sound from the tap can be heard clearly.. its from a non connecting room. Staff are really polite and helpful I must say. Gym facilities is excellent. As for the pool, if you are a non-smoker, you may prefer to avoid it as smoking is allowed on some seating areas. The shopping mall is not in operation yet so consider your options before you book.

This was my second time stay here and everything still same as the first came here. This is the first time staying here. The place is very clean, the service is friendly and alert too. There aren't many requirements, the check-in process is also fast, there's not much to that. Complete facilities, you can get coffee too. The place is in the middle of the city too, so access to everywhere is easy

The location was good. I booked 2 rooms. 1 deluxe double room with sea view. The room was spacious enough for 2 persons. The other one was a king room with sea and city view This room was very spacious. The aisle was rather hot in the afternoon. Breakfast was OK.

My family and I booked for 3 Rooms because I know the location near Bakso Sony and we were very lucky because we had the 9th floor which has an ocean view. The staf was friendy and made us more confort to stay. We had simple breakfast which is good from our prize. We really enjoy and hopefully will come back soon!

We reserved this hotel after a quick research and was further i***ressed when we checked in. The hotel was a bit dated but not tired and well maintained. The room's was just nice with a partial view of the Lampung Bay. Wifi was fast. We used the water heater for coffee and tea provided in the room and there was a cooler too which was great to chill our drinks. The bathroom was clean and fixtures were newly updated. The bed was excellent, comfortably hard for our old bones. The sheets were new and of good quality. Breakfast was the best with wide choices of both local and western. Delicious. Great coffee from the coffee machine. The F&B department did a great job..two thumbs up! As for the location, the hotel is located up on a hill overlooking the Lampung city and its beautiful bay. It's best if you have your own transportation. The restaurant has a 180 degrees view of the surrounding hills and the bay. Maybe the best view for breakfast, lunch, dinner and ice-cream in Lampung! I would highly reccommend this hotel for a first timer in Lampung, never mind if the rate is little high but the value will be worth every rupiah you put out. The staffs were always friendly, attentive and ever ready to help. Great job Emersia!
