I stayed in this hotel on December 2022 for two nights on Christmas day with one of my girlfriends. Unfortunately, the hotel was not able to accommodate our twin bed request, but they assigned a non-smoking room for us. Check-in was swift and all the staffs are helpful. During the stay, we requested multiple items like hair dryer, iron , ironing board and safety locker. The staff delivered each item without any hesitation and I am unsure about the guy's name but he is North Eastern and bold. He was indeed a gem. However, the room does not include a 24/7 hot water supply, hence, if you are a person who loves to shower at random hours like me, may find it a little uncomfortable. Our stay was short but we still wanted to have a road trip to Mysore and the FO person by the name Saravanan arrange the day-tour for us. It was easy, reasonable priced and we got a good driver. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk away from Trinity Metro Train station, close by to a coffee place, pizza hut and 10 minutes to G***da Mall. Overall, its a good stay and I won't think twice to stay here again..

There are not many types of breakfast, but it is already very rich and eats well. The hotel also helped us upgrade to a three-room apartment for free. The brother at the front desk is very efficient. There is a luxury mall next to the hotel, and parking is available at the door. Transportation is a taxi, not expensive, and very convenient.

I was on a short trip to Bangalore and needed a hotel that was convenient to the various offices I was visiting. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. Christmas Brunch was superb. Amazing breakfast spread and the pool/gym were as usual well maintained. We enjoyed the meal.

If the outsiders go to travel jw Marriott or oakwood hotel location is better, life is more convenient. It is in the best shopping mall ub city together. It is convenient to eat. Ritz is very good, but the surrounding is not convenient, one kilometer away from ubcity, one person is not safe. It’s hard to find a taxi. I’m always worried about it, or you have to have a taxi software ola. (India, the water quality is not good enough, the towel is not soft enough, the service is very good).
