Stayed at Leela Palace twice, this time is a club room, the price is not cheap, in early 2000. No time to enjoy the afternoon tea and drink at the Lounge Bar. Leela is still so beautiful, every detail is like living in the palace. This time I suddenly found that there was a shopping mall and a salon in Leela downstairs. Surprise~ The next decision is still here~

The hotel location is average, but the decoration and interior design are very good, full of Arabian style, luxurious atmosphere, and the design of the bathroom is very Nordic, which is a perfect score. Breakfast was very varied and service was in place. The gym was a little disappointed, very small and very few equipment. The account manager at the front desk has to make a point, it's just too embarrassing. I've lived in so many five-star hotels and no one speaks to customers like him. Obviously I paid the full amount when I checked in, but when I renewed my room, I was charged an extra 807 rupees. Then I found out that it was an internal problem of the hotel. In summary, I hope the hotel can improve the gym and train the service quality. Oh yes, it's also very strange that the lights in the entrance of the room can't be turned off. Would definitely highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. The location next to the mall is perfect with ample shopping and lots of food shops to try. The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The hotel is also equipped with day spa which is the perfect end to your holiday. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. Keep the great level of service up would definitely book again if visiting India again

I have had good times earlier staying at Treebo hotels but did not get that wow feeling at Greenwood premier this occassion. The property is getting old and average feel on maintainence. Linens are not clean, bath fittings are all rusty. The wardrobes are dusty and no provision of good hangers or clips for clothes. Could also find mosquitoes in bed room. Breakfast was below standards and barely any choice to eat and hence rest of the days preferred having outside. Wishing that such a good location is not wasted for want of maintenance and happy stay.

The stay was overall good . I am staying here from last 1 year and no doubt they are expanding there business in every major city of India. Because their service deserves the growth. Would recommend the bloom hotels. Besides the room size here in this property is kind of small .. But the staff is great and helpful.
