Overpriced!
1. No air conditioning, the room is very humid, the bed is cold and wet
2. Integrity hotel construction knocks at the door of the room early in the morning
3. The room is very not soundproof. The hotel and the scenic spot share the road from reception to the room. There is also a traffic jam. Various tuk tuk passing outside the room. It is the horn and the engine roar. Very noisy.
4. No service at all except check-in and check-out

SaibThe service is impeccable. My favorite out of 7 hotels I stayed at in Sri Lanka. The manager, Binoth, was super attentive and accommodating. I cannot wait to come back. Only problem is that the road to the hotel is extremely narrow and not paved. So the best way to get there is by tuk tuk.
