Jeddah Hotels with Bars

The room is spacious, bright and has a beautiful view. The environment is also pleasant. There is a swimming pool on the roof. I really like the water quality of the swimming pool. The hookah on the roof is average and not cost-effective.

Facilities: The hotel is quite new and the room equipment is good Service: The service is very good. The hotel front desk prepared iced fruit drinks, Arabic coffee, cookies and dates for us to try for free. The guy at the front desk also enthusiastically taught us Arabic and introduced how to say thank you and hello in Arabic. Environment: The location of the hotel is not very good. Although it seems to be very close to the airport and the Sea Mosque, the amusement park and racing track next to it are under construction and the roads are blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to walk directly to the beach from the hotel. You have to drive 10 minutes with twists and turns to get to the Sea Mosque. Next to the hotel is the racing track, which is under construction and a bit noisy.

Booking overseas hotels through Ctrip is incredibly convenient. Everything was wonderful, I had a great holiday, the room types were great, and the prices were cheaper than other platforms. The key is the super convenient payment process. When I couldn't pay online from other websites, Ctrip handled everything perfectly; customer service took care of everything. They also offer 24/7 support for any issues.

We stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

Mashallah tabarak Allah (An expression of awe and praise), this hotel is amazing, I can't speak highly enough of it. I stayed for 4 nights, and it felt just like home. The room size was approximately 25 sq.m., roughly 3x8 meters, but every inch was utilized and well-organized – it reminded me of European hotels 🤍. It has underground parking, a cinema, a gym, quiet co-working spaces, and seating areas between the rooms. It's incredibly comfortable and clean. Cleanliness: 10/10 Quietness: 10/10 Friendliness and Service: 10/10 Facilities: 10/10 Nearby services: 10/10 Many thanks to everyone at the reception, the cheerful and helpful staff, and the service workers 🤍🤍.

Ac was making noise all the time, Room was not that much sound proof. I can clearly hear Television noise from other room . Good thing is room was big , and clean. Toilet seat was not comfortable. This is not value for Money.

I stayed here for 3N 4D, i even called day before of the check in asking if they were gonna provide towels. Unfortunately when i came there tjere was no towels provided. If you turn on the “TIDY me UP” button before you leave the room and when you come back the room is the same as it is. The room smells like cigarette also please note.

We were friendly received by the receptionist oldane and staff mizanon. The security officers are also friendly. The room was clean. Good Wi-Fi at the room and in the hotel. You can even check out until 14:00 and think with you. A large shopping mall at walking distance. In short, a fine hotel with good location with friendly people. A recommender!

I didn’t like the service in the restaurant. The lady just gave me a QR code and said scan this. It doesn’t take rocket appliances to type out a menu on a piece of paper.
