Anaheim Hotels with Bars

We became Hyatt Member and still we had to call so many times for just 2 bottles of water. Moreso, it’s been 20 days and still they have not released the security deposit. Everywhere we went in our USA trip, the security deposit was released the very same day of checkout. We called them so many times, they say that we have unblocked it but it still show pending in our credit card. Then we saw many google reviews that this is a common problem of Hyatt Place at Anaheim. We will try to avoid staying here the next time.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

If you’re looking for a sign to book this hotel, this is it. The service is top-shelf (literally, thanks for the welcome drink!), and the hospitality is even better. They went the extra mile to find me a quiet ‘sanctuary’ far from the elevator buzz. I’m pretty sure their pillows are actually harvested from clouds. I’m already planning my return trip!

Although the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle bus to Disneyland, it's conveniently located nearby, with an Uber ride costing around $15. Valet parking is quite steep at $45 a day. Inside the room, the towels provided were rather dirty, and the bed setup was quite strange, with an excessive number of layers. To top it off, the front desk staff weren't particularly welcoming upon check-in.

The hotel has a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it perfect for families. Children can enjoy drawing in the lobby, which they find very enjoyable. The room facilities are excellent, and the blackout curtains are very nice. Parking is a bit crowded at night, but you can always find a spot.

It's conveniently located near Disney Resort and has supermarkets and souvenir shops nearby. There are several two-story buildings, and my room was on the second floor, but there was no elevator, so it was difficult to carry my suitcase up the slope on the other side of the room. There was a bathtub, but the drain didn't drain well and hair would accumulate on the floor. Since I was staying with a friend, I had to clean it with tissues every time. Steel bottled water was provided every day. There was no kettle, only a coffee maker. It was cold, so I turned the air conditioner on to heat, but there was a burning smell and the fire alarm went off. I quickly turned it off, and I haven't been able to use it since, even when it's cold.

The location is fantastic and the fridge keeps things super cold. However, the bathtub looks like it's 40 years old. At the very least, renovating the bathroom would make a huge difference. The water pressure was incredibly weak, just a trickle weaker than a slow stream. The bathtub was also clogged with gunk, and we had to call security to unblock it. I really regretted not spending a bit more money. And the dishwasher probably needs replacing too; guests had to search for ages to find a clean plate. Maybe it's my fault for booking a cheap hotel and then writing this kind of review...

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland. On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra. I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day. Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.

The location of hotel is not bad, if you take ART bus , only 10 mins and 1 stop to Disneyland park. however, the time is not accuracy. Always is not following the schedule at its app. Crazy for me. If you wanna walk to Disney downtown, you need to spend 20-25 mins but easy to access. Breakfast is the same every morning, no change. Basic food. But good for written down the Kcal for food. 😄 No hot water to be provided even restaurant or room.
