Great hotel in the heart of Bari. The train station is one step away from where you can travel anywhere. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is cultured, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is great although we only had breakfast. I don't give 5 points for one reason. The air conditioner in the room is very cold, it cannot be setup, we switched it to warmer and after a few seconds it returned to the original temperature. The location of the hotel is not in the best neighborhood. This massive city center with all its peculiarities. Like dirt, dog excrement on the street, graffiti and suspicious figures. However, the transport is very good from here to wherever you go.

The first time I find a owner who makes us make a wonderful tour like what he made us do for old Bari. But apart from this, which may be a coincidence due to comfortable timetables, the room was perfect, new and with so many notable features (touch lights, glass under the split, refrigerator in the room, availability of well-provided kitchen, cleaning, The hotel is close to the most beautiful shops in the city centre, 20 minutes away! I will certainly return

We found this baby accidentally I have to say we found very good. That kind boy who answered us at the phone and then welcomed us at our arrival. Extremely spacious room is very clean. Super breakfast made in the bar under Jerome with cappuccino and scream flirts 😋. Also very comfortable because the conventional parking 2 minutes walk is perfect. It will be our first choice when we come back to Bari. The only advice I give to the property is to have an additional eye on the maintenance and use of things in the room but really simple things. The good things about the stay was location and the place was clean and spacious. On the other hand, I had a horrible experience with the service more than anything. They were about 27 minutes late on thier 2p check-in. I had to ask to at least leave my bags so I don’t waste the day in the city. After I return, the AC breaks after 30 minutes of use at 20C. After resetting the breaker myself, it started to work again. A few hours later I notice that the air was now blowing just on fan mode; no cold air. This was at 2040 so I called the office without an answer. I message them and they respond twenty minutes later saying there was nothing they can do until the morning. They couldn’t change my room or change my location to one of thier other housing units. It’s summer in Bari, it was 30C (86F). I am from the north and am not accustomed to sleeping through hot weather. Two issues within a 5 hour stay - I asked for a refund for the stay as I found somewhere else for the weekend. They ignore my request telling me there’s nothing to do. They stall for about an hour as to not to respond to me after “closing time” - 22:00. The location is on a very busy street, with cars zooming through even at 3a. The next morning I had to contact them again at 10:00 to remind them to send a technician. I continued to request to speak with management and was ignored multiple times with multiple ignored calls. I was kept there against my wishes so they can keep thier money. They obviously do not care about thier guests. After persisting to speak with someone they gave me a 25% refund for the entire stay for my inconvenience. I would definitely not stay there for the management. Poor communication and bad service. Good luck to whoever decides to stay there.
