真的有辱維也納酒店的稱號。衞生間的花灑固定不了，一通水就翹頭。更可惡的是淋浴間的玻璃門，下面居然有2公分的縫隙，一洗澡外面都是水。更更可惡的是外間的地漏還高於地面，一晚上整個衞生間水漫金山！
總之，有人在砸維也納的牌子，也不知錦江知不知道！
設施：爛！
環境：偏遠，而且在公路邊，川流不息的大貨車很吵！

新開的酒店，啥都新的，太舒服了，酒店大堂特大氣，餐廳用餐能看見對面山上雲霧繚繞，酒店送了早餐，感謝！早餐豐盛，床品舒服，洗漱用品齊全，備有礦泉水、茶包、一次性拖鞋，交通便利，門前的路就是去達古冰川和紅原的，停車方便，沿酒店前仁真醫院旁的路可以下到河邊，可沿河散步去老城中心，前台小姐姐和小哥哥都非常熱情，選擇維也納準沒錯，以後還會光顧。

房間第一眼感很舒服，也非常漂亮，但住進去後發現衞生需要加強，衞生間裏有毛髮，搞得都沒有洗澡，櫻桃核也在房間裏幹了，電視劇也沒有插電源，不過服務態度不錯。希望衞生再加強一下！另外，可能是新開業的，房間的味道比較濃，需要儘快除味！

這是在馬爾康最好的酒店吧！我旅遊了這麼多地方這是數一數二的酒店！前台的小姐姐非常的禮貌熱情有耐心～酒店是全新的入住非常的安靜，非常適合大家選擇旅行後的休息～免費停車非常的方便～酒店的整體風格是藏族風情，非常的符合嚮往藏區的我們～早飯也非常的豐富，有中式也可以體驗藏式早餐～下次來馬爾康或者經過馬爾康我再來哈

品牌酒店，服務和設施都比較到位，317國道邊上，停車方便，景色優美，由於我訂的靠國道側的景觀房，夜間過往車輛嘈雜影響睡眠，加上夜間下雨，雨滴滴噠噠在屋檐下，聲音很大，建議預訂靠山一側的房間比較安靜，同時給前台服務點贊，不僅免費升級房間同時還贈送了雙早！

從德格一路趕到馬爾康已經夜深，入住維也納酒店大堂高大寬敞，客服也挺專業盡職，告知外賣情況還説贈送早餐，但是二樓沒有電梯，電梯從三樓開始，這個讓人很無奈。還有就是酒店有沿街客房，但是隔音很差，最好自備耳塞，其他設施都還不錯。
