We had a great stay at Movich Buró 51. Our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night, but our check-in agent was very friendly and professional. Breakfast service was wonderful, service was impeccable. Would definitely repeat, and would highly recommend.

Staff was friendly but the hotel looked poorly managed. Lobby was very warm, got to our floor and again very warm hallways. The a/c was off. I was able to turn it on later during the evening. As soon as we got to our room there was a moist storage like smell. We had two rooms and both were the same. They did get better after running the a/c and circulating the air for a while. Not something expected when booking a decent hotel. Went to take a shower and there was only one towel (room for 2), called the front desk but the towels never showed up, had to get them myself. One of the rooms had dirty/stained ceilings, dirty/dusty a/c unit, mold on the corner and loose bathroom faucet. The other room was in much better condition. They were getting trying to get us another room but not before we had to leave for the evening. Wen we got back no one checked on us to see if we wanted to change rooms or how we were doing. At that point we had settled and did not feel like complaining any more. Only one elevator working. Not the best for social distancing. Rooms are spacious and very confortable, beds are great. I would not stay again or recommend this hotel.

Do not really look at the so-called Ctrip, booking star standards. Many of the five-star hotels are pits! !! !! !! The rating is also pit! !! !! When choosing a hotel, you still have to choose a relatively new one, as well as a big brand hotel chain, at least not worse. The hotel barranqilla plaza next door is even worse, not even a few dozen yuan hotel. Booking is actually rated five stars, rated 8.4-9.1! !! !! Super invincible pit! !! Because it is not convenient to travel with products on a business trip, I stayed at the barranqilla plaza for one night and moved to this hotel next door. It is a little better but really not so good! !! Worst experience on a business trip. Please choose a new hotel, new! !!

I liked the location and the cleanliness. Breakfast was good, though choice was limited. Recently built property with good soundproofing and effective A/C Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with an Italian shower. Reception lent me a mobile phone for mobile data tethering as there was no Internet connection in our room. Ice dispenser on even floors. Nice, professional, and friendly staff. Well-located plugs to charge our devices, though there could have been more of them. Internet was not working in our room. No minibar/fridge. Bad lighting, especially over the desk and over the sink, so that it was difficult to shave. Ice dispensers quickly empty. View over a middle-class building with clothes drying outside was awful. No rooftop bar or pool.
