Staying close to the mountains, touching nature closely, the atmosphere is very cold, unbelievable that the day is hot but the night is very cold, but the room should be improved, the sound of children running hungry outside is very loud, like the room doesn't keep much sound. We stayed at Golden Tulip Resort Batu from 18th of July for two nights . The hotel Is great, especially for It's restaurants. We have been in all three restaurants , each has there own specialities. The breakfast is served on the indonesians one , Branche; they served good indonesian food and for my surprise they serve also some typical Indonesian 'jamu' (traditional infusione) 💞. Compliments for their very well servings and very Good RAWON, GADO2, RUJAK, BUBUR JAWA and orher dishes ; the good works of HEAD CHEF RIO and CHEF UBAY !🍾🍾 We have tried also Infinite Restaurant . I had some sceptic impressions reading their menù at the first glance. They put some incredible meats on pizza!! (I live in Italy and never eat that kind of pizza !) But guys, i tell you that it was completly wrong first impression! This restaurant will makes you very happy after testing their FUSION cuisine !!!! Congratz for CHEF ZAINUL and all the service people with their kindness , MULIA and ERA 🍾🍾 And of course for our last dinner we had It on Skydome , the restaurant stays on the top of the Building . As beautiful as the site, as good as their cuisine !🍾🍾 We had also a good experience with all the staff , receptionists, concierges, room services (Frada, Eswat and others) for their kindness and patient and smiles during their work 🍾🍾🍾 . They served very well our elderly parents ❤️. Guys, i do suggest you to stay in this hotel and try It s restaurants!

This is the first time I have visited this most unique hotel in Batu City, it turns out that there are several types of new rooms offered, namely Superior and Deluxe floor 6, and Executive on floor 7, with a choice of views overlooking the city, or facing Batu Secret Zoo, and these are what is interesting for me is being able to stay at a hotel while feeling a sensation like staying the night in the middle of a forest with various animal sounds. With prices between 500 s.d. 900, it seems that it is quite whorted to stay here, you can immediately take a trip to Batu Secret Zoo and the Animal Museum.

Nice place for staycation surrounding by a lot of tree and the room is also beautiful. Love it! But if you take kids come here, need to watch them wherever they go.

The first time I headed to this hotel, I was a bit surprised because to get to this hotel the road was quite uphill and not too wide. But when I arrived at this hotel, the first impression that my family and I felt was the cold temperature around this hotel location. Amarthahills is a hotel with the highest location compared to other hotels in Batu city. The view from the hotel, including the room I booked is spectacular. I can see the beauty of the mountains and the city of Batu from the balcony of my room. The calm and comfortable atmosphere surrounded by extraordinary views is the best description for me when staying at this hotel. Even in the morning I can see the clouds below this hotel area. This hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor (floor with the hotel lobby), where we can enjoy breakfast there. Food is very varied and dominated by Indonesian cuisine. The taste is quite good especially for some types of food. This hotel also has a rooftop restaurant, namely Fifteen Celsius Sky Lounge, which serves drinks and some western menus. If you stay at this hotel, take the time to go up to the Fifteen Celsius, because you will be able to enjoy food and drinks while looking at a very beautiful view. Swimming pool and several meeting rooms are also available in this hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a TV with some channels, wifi is also good. There is a fridge, wardrobe, coffee, tea and mineral water. Hair dryer and toilet amenities are also available in the bathroom. Staff service is very friendly and fast response. In the room that I ordered, it turned out that the lighting was not bright enough because one of the lights went out. The staff immediately provided a table lamp which really helped light up the room. The hotel staff is really very helpful. If you want to find a place to stay in a quiet Batu city, away from the crowds, with a spectacular view, I recommend you to book this hotel.

The hotel itself was very good. We especially liked that our early check-in could be accommodated. The staff were very helpful. We found the breakfast to be excellent with lots of choice. One morning we had to be out very early to visit Mt Bromo, so we requested a breakfast box which had a good selection of food inside it. The grounds were very pretty, with lots of ponds and fish, and the pool looked good. Downsides were that the location wasn't very central to Batu so a taxi was needed. We were there two nights, and one morning there was a wedding which seemed to dominate the pool and breakfast area in the morning. Not a deal breaker for us, but annoying if we had planned an early morning dip!

Liked everything. Especially the people that run the place, the travelers community, the people that you meet, the location and the stay itself. Can't recommend enough.

I take vacation to Batu Malang and randomly choose this hotel. order junior suite room because bring the whole army :D from front, this hotel just look like standar 3-star hotel. But when I enter my room, I surprised because the room is very spacious and cozy. 1 king size bed and 1 queen bed. and there is a additional compliment drink like soft drink which is rare in 3-star hotel. this hotel had a strategic location, near with jatim park 3, batu night spectacular, and alun-alun malang. very good if you had a family vacation. but the breakfast is very few variation but there is plenty of street food if you want to breakfast not in hotel.

I'd give this hotel a 1 star review for the main purpose of a hotel room, which is to sleep, but as it's colocated with Jatim Park 3, it does have the advantage of being close by for families with kids who want to see the park. -First of all the person who took our order typed in the wrong date in the reservation system and tried to cancel our reservation during check in but fortunately we had saved all our communication with the reservationist where she said she typed in the wrong date and claimed it had been all straightened out, so make sure you have all your paperwork and email with Senyum Hotel saved. - Our room was on the first floor of the hotel and we were bombarded with heavy subwoofer music from around 8 in the morning to 0200 at night on a weeknight, which gives you about 6 hours to squeeze in some sleep. Apparently the hotel business is slow so they've rented out the basement area of the hotel as a nightclub that goes late in to the night with loud music, but they haven't done anything to mitigate the sound like emptying the first floor of the hotel of guests. - They only have three elevators to serve two hotels worth of guests trying to get to the front desk to check out around checkout time, which leads to long waits for elevators and no stair option for those who just want to go down a floor and get out of their own personal hell. - On the plus side the AC worked although a bit underpowered for the size of the room (we called the front desk and they cleaned the filter a bit which helped some) and the hot water works. If you are deaf, this would make a great hotel room. They also had lots of outdoor games for larger kids but the area is unsupervised so you'll need to stay with your younger children to keep them from being molested. BTW, if you have kids in a stroller, you'll need to manually carry the stroller down a flight of stairs from the hotel lobby to Jatim park lobby as they have no elevator or escalator connecting the two properties, though their owned by the same tycoon.

It's a new best value hotel for staycation. Strategic location near BNS and Jatim Park 2. Great hospitality and give some surprises as we stay for anniversary. Will be perfect if they provide room desk for working. Thank you and success for Golden Hill hotel.
