The stay over all was really nice. Until we needed to move rooms to extend our stay. At this point the moved us to a room on the 3rd floor, that had not been used in some time. Shower didn't work, lights and AC did not work either. When we went to the front desk for assistance, Carolina was extremely rude and did nothing to fix the issue. We then had to go to guest services because they would not offer any fix other than to send service at 10pm the night before our flight. We have 2 boys 7 and 9 that had to take cold showers and then kept up until almost 11pm due to the service tech coming at 10pm. After we asked them not to send him so that our kids could go to sleep.
