What a wonderful location and the surroundings... exactly what I needed... it feels like you are transported to another world. Easy lovely walk to Joy City. Fantastic stroll around the most beautiful kept gardens. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Can't wait to visit again.

房間衞生、服務都很好，員工很熱情，可惜前台在小區裏面，初次入駐比較難找，但也有園林優美，夠安靜的優點。總體感覺很滿意

春節期間在北京星河灣酒店住了4晚，非常滿意！酒店客房服務很到位，第一天到的時候房間裏衹有兩瓶水，不夠，讓客房服務員又送了兩瓶！第二天驚喜地發現放了六瓶水！另外酒店的半自助式早餐品質可圈可點，粵式、中式都有，果汁都是鮮榨的，每天的早餐都吃得很滿足！以後去北京還會選擇星河灣酒店6

入住班辦理的前台服務不咋滴。而且知道我們帶着孩子也不提前告知客房沒有電梯。嬰兒推車、行李箱都很不方便。退房那天前台黃佳純服務很好！服務態度、很有耐心解釋。
