I’ve stayed in loads of hotels in China, and never bothered to give a review because you’d expect good service and a clean room. On this occasion all the staff were on point. They were friendly and helpful, no fakery. They genuinely wanted the best for their guests. One outstanding member of staff named Lucy, went above and beyond to help me to get transport and Covid tests. She actually took me to each place and helped me register for the metro station. The best stay in a hotel ever because they’re real people, and not because it’s just a job.Thank you Lucy and all of the staff. You’re awesome.

We recently stayed here for two nights whilst getting married in Beijing, to say we were treated is an understatement. Our room was upgraded as soon as the lovely staff heard about the occasion; they’d organized for some beautiful decorations to be laid out on our bed and instantly we knew we’d made the right decision. The following day after our marriage ceremony we had an incredible afternoon tea in The Lounge. But, before this two incredible employees (Daisy and Barbie) helped us take some wedding day pictures around the hotel, they made us feel so welcome and important, they suggested brilliant places to take pictures around the grounds and we took a couple with them too so we could remember the experience. We went out for a meal that evening and expected to come back to our beautiful hotel room and enjoy some champagne our friends had bought us. Upon return we were blown away, the staff had laid out the most beautiful arrangement in our hotel room, with printed and framed pictures that Barbie and Daisy had taken earlier in the day, a bottle of champagne on ice, a cheese and meat platter and most thoughtfully, a hand written card signed by all of the front of house staff. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, they made our trip incredibly memorable and every moment in their staff’s presence was a pleasure. Thank you to all of the staff at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing! It was my first time to stay at Kaisa. I had a very good experience. The location is convenient. The room is more spacious than a hotel. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are all available. You can wash clothes and cook. It feels like home when traveling with the children. The sewer in the shower room of the room we checked in on the first day was clogged. The front desk opened a separate room next door for us to take a shower in the evening. They also arranged a free upgrade and room change the next day. The service was very considerate and thoughtful. The robot is also very effective in delivering food and express delivery. You don't need to go downstairs to deliver it to the door of your room.

Jen hotel is a perfect example of affordable stars hotel. It has a very complete facilities that every 5 stars hotel must have. The location is the winning point which is right in the center of Beijing CBD. It is integrated with china world mall and guomao subway station. It also homes of the internet celebrity's gym, Trainyard. In-house guests can enjoy it for free. My room is a club room so that it comes with dinner package. I dont think i can find any other hotel in cbd beijing (in the same level) which have such a high price to value ratio. Their staffs are also its plus sides. They are energetic and attentive. Special thanks to cleaning service lady who clean up my room on friday and sunday night. I definitely will stay here again if i go to beijing.

This is my second time staying here. It’s a good value for money in the surrounding area. The price is pretty good during the summer. It’s quite clean and not too noisy. Any takeaway orders can be delivered to the takeout point in the lobby, and there is a parking lot. The ticket is 10 yuan a day at the front desk of the parking lot. If you drive, remember to turn off ETCP parking password-free payment to avoid deductions.

My daughter especially likes the Japanese style and style pattern. It is tatami mats. On the first day of stay, I opened the door and was excited. The bedding was very comfortable and I could sleep beautifully every night. The hotel waiter is very warm and the facilities are perfect. The child needs to print things to learn. I booked this hotel on the recommendation of a friend because it is very close to the meeting place. It felt very convenient when I first arrived. I took the room card and entered the room. I was very happy to see a very tidy room. The location of the towels in the bathroom in the room is a little inconvenient, but it does not affect use. The bedding is very comfortable, the pillows and mattresses are very good, the items in the refrigerator are free to use, and there is a hot water bottle from my favorite brand. . Second time coming back to Cm+. Everything is great as usual. What made this stay extra special was meeting Terry who spoke fluent English and helped us with our every needs, from helping us with our last minute booking to the Great Walls, to helping me find a hospital when I wasn’t feeling well. Thank you Terry for the room upgrade as well as accommodating our needs for a late check out, allowing us to freshen up after touring Forbidden City before our night flight. Very much appreciate the professional hospitality services at CM+. Hope to visit again soon.

The hotel is very clean and the location is very good. It is close to the subway entrance and is very convenient to get in and out. The hotel service is also very good. I came to Beijing in the winter. Every time I came back to the hotel from the cold wind, the front desk would give us each A bottle of warm water. The weather in Beijing is very cold, but the hotel is very warm. The four of us had a very comfortable stay here and had a wonderful holiday. Next time I go to Beijing to play, I will choose here again. 😁

The first time I tried full self-check-in, the lady service was very intimate. This price accommodation in Beijing has a private bathroom and what kind of bicycles are needed. Haha, it is also very close to the subway. The time to Tiananmen Square and Universal Studios is OK.
