I am going to Happy Valley to play, it is really close, the hotel room is much larger than expected, the environment is really good, I recommend everyone to go to the seven-story Soviet-style garden sky garden, really good, I didn't expect the hotel to have a garden. The little sister at the front desk, Ronaldinho's friend service is really good, smiling.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room we got had a smell (not sure whether it’s cigarette or the carpet needed cleaning) which didn’t go away during our stay. I called house keeper on the first night. We were told to leave the AC on longer to see if it would get better and it didn’t. We didn’t bother changing rooms since we didn’t stay in the room for too long except for sleeping. But the overall experience wasn’t so good; it’s a lot lower than the quality we got from other 5 star hotels. We will probably look for other places in the future.

The location is relatively close to Happy Valley, less than ten minutes' walk away. It's quiet and the bedding is very comfortable. The sound insulation is okay, and the handsome guy at the front desk also helped us upgrade the family room. Very nice.

The people in our room are inexplicably left... The bathroom is not drained very slowly, and the front desk has a long time to check in. Then disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, bottled water, toilet paper are all taken at the front desk. The room has windows. But opening the window is not outdoor, it is the corridor, you can see other rooms, of course people can see you, so you can pull the curtains in the dimly lit room. As usual the rooms are the draw to this hotel for me. I did see improvement with English speaking at the front desk and the cleaning staff are always pleasant and swift. I love the lil convenience store downstairs. The swimming pool and gym were closed. I suggest that the hotel invest in a delivery robot to deliver food to the rooms. We always have to order out and it is daunting to keep going downstairs to pick up food or other supplies. Other hotels in the same price range owns a few robots that bring items up to the rooms which saves the staff time and keeps the customers happy.
