The person who received me should be the lobby manager after reporting it. After checking in, he sent us all the way to the room and was kind enough to upgrade to a family suite. Next time I go to Beijing, I probably won't stay here again.

The hotel is well-deserved. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I took my son to travel. Tiananmen, the National Museum, and the Forbidden City are all within walking distance. It is definitely the best choice for family travel. You can see the Forbidden City directly from the room. The perspective is excellent. It is really a great trip. The best experience, the concierge Zhu Qizhe, the young man is very enthusiastic and polite.

First of all, thank you Quinn and Jason for upgrading me to a suite. The room is large and clean, and the welcome fruit is quite rich. Except for the lack of children's bathing supplies, toothbrushes, bathrobes and slippers are all provided, which is quite good. We chose this place for the convenience of watching the flag-raising ceremony. The location is great and the service is super good. As soon as we entered the lobby, someone helped us with our luggage and led the way. Miss Zhong Ran was also very skilled as an amateur and had a very good attitude. She also helped us call a taxi when we went out. She was really thoughtful. I will come again next time I come to Beijing👍

Amazing. Highly recommend. Great value for the size, 4 times the size of a regular hotel room. Would def rebook and stay at this Marriott in Beijing in the future. Fully equipped amenities and full kitchen. Housekeeping everyday and helped wash the dishes and offered to wash clothing, even though the suite has a washing machine, dish washing machine, stainless steel pots, etc. Only 3 mins walking distance to one of the best high-end malls, Wangfu Central 王府中環. My mother just had a hip-replacement surgery and has trouble walking in the snow or long distances, so location to everything was prime importance, this hotel was only 5-6 min walk to all the essential banks we needed to visit. Also, was hoping to take her to a few hot springs to relieve numbness and pain in her legs, but the bath tub in the spacious bathroom was so huge and comfortable we often stayed in to take turns soaking in the tub instead of going to the hot springs. Also, they had an indoor temperature controlled swimming pool, so we went swimming every other day, and used their gym. The swimming pool was empty and had 3 life guards guarding the swimming. All I can say is this apartment hotel is one of the best you can book in Beijing.

We reached the hotel early and managed to get an early check-in. The room was a smart room controlled by “Xiao-Du”. Definitely brings convenience during our stay here. All the staff are very helpful and deliver excellent service standard. They are quick to offer help and willing to go the extra mile. We had some issues with our food delivery, and the front desk staff helped us to coordinate everything to ensure we have our dinner delivered. Location was good, near to 2 metro station with approx. 8 mins walk away. If you are taking a taxi, it may be troublesome as no cars are able to stop in front of the hotel. You will need to walk a short distance out to the main road. Nearby amenities are widely available with many local food options and souvenir stores. Will definitely recommend this hotel to young travellers who don’t mind walking.

Hotel staff are very helpful and some staff can speak English. A hotel Technician helped us with wifi and security safe even late at night, really appreciated it. Location is superb. On Qianmen street easy access from Zhushikou subway exit A(has escalators). The hotel can store our luggage’s before checkin and after checkout for free. Plenty of restaurants to try on Qianmen street including Michelin guide Peking duck. 😊

A very very very good and surprising staying experience in Beijing, would def recommend to anyone visiting this city. Room is nice and clean, with great old Beijing hutong style. The room is complete, clean and very comfortable with all you need. The only con is the staff doesn't speak basic English so you have to communicate the basics using Google translate. Even so, they are not very knowledgeable so don't rely on them for tourist information. I loved the area of the hotel, for the food, transportation and local feel.

Stayed for 5 nights in total, 3 nights in the double room and 2 nights in a twin room. As others have mentioned, they will ask you to open your luggage for inspection before checking in. Love the courtyard style of the hotel, and the cat is so cute! The location is great as well! Right near Qianmen Street with lots of good food, and less than 10 min walk from both Zhushikou Station (Lines 7/8) and Qianmen Station (Line 2/8). If you're coming with luggage I recommend Zhushikou because it has escalators; Qianmen has lots of stairs. The hotel itself has 3 floors, no elevator. Bathroom situation varies, for the double room just a curtain separated the shower area, so the bathroom floor gets very wet everywhere. For the twin room, it looks more recently renovated, and had a door separating the shower area. Overall a fantastic stay in the middle of Beijing!

This trip was to go to Sanqingyuan in Dashilar to watch a performance by Deyun Society, so I chose the nearby Xi'an Hotel, which is relatively cost-effective. The hotel is located on the Qianmen Central Axis Street, about 800 meters walk from Qianmen Subway Station. The transportation is very convenient.
