來到這家民宿酒店，就像走進了一個充滿驚喜和温馨的小天地心房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適柔軟，最重要的是各種設施配備齊全，洗漱用品、冰箱、投影還有無線網絡一應俱全，前台的小姐姐特別熱情，讓我有賓至如歸的感覺~

全屋都是智能語音控制家居，非常方便，不用手動開燈，開電視和拉窗簾，還有各種模式。房間乾淨衞生，裝修的也很好看，旁邊就是銀泰商場，位置挺好的，
下次還會再來。

酒店不錯.房間設施都蠻新.位置不錯，離萬達廣場很近，酒店各方面也很好的，還有停車場 離酒店很近 很容易找到 客房服務非常好 大半夜聯繫 還可以回覆你 很nice
客房還有大投影 和女朋友一起躺床上 看電影 非常有感覺 還有浴缸可以泡泡澡
房間內要用的東西比較齊全 床單很乾凈

非常滿意的一次入住，周邊環境也很好，出行非常方便，旁邊就是萬達和銀泰，雖然靠近商場，但是晚上一點聽不到吵鬧，不遠就是張公山公園，而且樓下還有個虎山公園，真是集購物娛樂休閑於一體，而且最重要的是房間非常趕緊整潔，沒有任何異味，反而香氣四溢，全屋智能，相當哇塞，床睡着也特別舒服，店家也十分熱情，真的給人一種家的感覺，非常值得推薦，同時也祝簡宿越來越好👍🏻

1.價錢虛高，用品一般，標價虛高，房間一堆好看的枕頭，就是輪流經歷顧客，連日常清理都沒有。
2.入住時間要來修東西，房間設備有問題就在入住前搞好，和着我住着住着給你修東西。
3.位居高層，玻璃是裂的，不是五六樓的高層 是二三十樓的高度，唯一可以活動的玻璃爛的和花一樣，天天索賠的高價和高額的房費都用到哪裡去了？
4.辦理入住麻煩，先跑到23樓辦，辦好了之後電梯和開玩笑一樣，還要下到一樓再上高層入住。嘴上的智能化，辦理入住的程序原始的不行。
5.高額索賠，一套某多多二三十的床單，因為濺上了鮮花汁子，連簡單的清洗都沒有嘗試，直接通知報廢，扣除全部按金，這純純高額索賠。（酒店洗物清理，按照規定是需要加入一定量的漂白劑的，而鮮花汁子和一般染色是完全可以溶解掉的）張口就報廢扣除全部按金，幹什麼呢？（正常的酒店流程均是先嚐試，無法清理後，根據情況賠償一定金額）
PS：奔着旅遊小地來的，玩了好幾天，蚌埠的，從老城區到新城區，幾個不同地方的住宿全部試了一遍，就屬萬達的一家到店了通知設施不能用，和銀泰的這家張口高額索賠，來的噁心。
都是在外做生意的，打的什麼小心思，都當別人**嗎？開門做生意特別是剛起步的旅遊市場，別吃相太難看。説出去都丟蚌埠的面子。
