Ace Hotel Rouen Parc des Expositions

Just a quick stop over on our way to somewhere but did exactly what we needed. The room was a bit compact for 4 of us and the additional bed was quite small but they were comfortable enough. Checked in at near midnight and the reception was still maned which was a bonus compared to a lot of places with automated check in that late.

Stayed here en route to Uk with 2 dogs. Staff super friendly. Room immaculate and comfy bed. Location great for a quick stopover. Lots of dining options easy parking and quiet. And on our route. We ate a pizza in our room and watched itv3. Very tired from a long drive so it was perfect for us on this occasion.

With Ace Hotels, you know what you get. A clean, comfortable room, an excellent bed (pillows not quite as good!), the option of breakfast and very friendly, helpful people. We always use Ace Hotels where possible.

Excellent staff, mid range hotel and very much a traveller's room to sleep.

Till next time, I said when leaving this morning . Very satisfied client. However, the fire - alarm went off at midnight sharp in our room and our floor. Not amused: on the other hand: the whole world and scene were very quiete so no panic and got back to bed.. Funny:we encountered the same in an hotel near Malmö. Double funny. Greetings Koos

Love ace hotels, stayed in a fair few now, they are perfect for when traveling up and down France and need a decent place to sleep. Car park is not gated (that u could see) but is flood lite and directly opposite the hotel and I felt safe leaving my car with all the possessions inside, staff were supper friendly and check in very convenient as it’s 24/7 so doesn’t matter what time you arrive there is always someone on the desk- love that, this one is in an industrial part so I don’t know how convenient it would be For the city centre but for our purpose it was perfect, lots of other hotels surrounding it and also a few places near to eat, was super quick to find and East directly off motorway, room was clean and quite nice , highly rate ace hotels so much better than a lot of the other similar priced brands serving the same purpose, bed was large and comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean , had a good night sleep, bathroom good lovely powerful shower , only additions in room was 1 towel each and a mini bar of soap and shower gel, it’s a shame they no longer provide tea / coffee making facilities but there was a coffee machine / vendor in the reception which made lovely coffee for a small fee, we didn’t have breakfast but it looked pretty good value, wouldn’t hesitate staying again and highly recommend

Stayed 2 nights in a family room - compact with a kingsize, single and trundle bed but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental but perfectly adequate (though fruit salad would be nice). Is in a really convenient location off the main road (but quiet despite) with a very convenient bus route in to the centre of the city. And and excellent Italian restaurant just next door. Would recommend
