I regret to share my disappointing experience with the hotel. Upon my arrival, I was informed that there were no available rooms, despite my reservation. This lack of preparedness was quite frustrating and inconvenient. Despite their attempts to assist, the situation left me inconvenienced and compelled to seek alternative accommodations. While I understand that situations can arise, the inability to honor a confirmed reservation left a negative impression. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve their reservation management in the future.

Hotel a little smaller than I had envisioned. It was a pleasant experience especially at the spa where I found a balinese working there. After a long flight a steam room, Turkish bath and an excellent massage is heavenly. Package promo at €55 is reasonable. Massage is 40 min. Add on massage will cost €30 for another 40 mins. I wish the spa offers Ayurvedic massage as well! Staffs are friendly although I found most people in turkey flaunting the rules on the masks and staying too close to the guests. It must be too hot for them and even at the mall I found them pulling down when they talked to customers!!! That’s going to be bad news in trying to control covid! Generally though, staff here still following the rules. Not so much the taxi drivers and other people outside! I only stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Took some photos at the roof top but considering its location and surrounding area (nothing much one can do other than walk around the river) it’s tough choice to stay on for more nights unless you are driving yourself. Nonetheless I had pleasant time here thanks to all stuff. A taxi ride to Istenya Park from here costs around 70TL.

İlk dəfə idi belə pərdə görürdüm. Ümumi teesuratim yaxşıdı. Temizlik yerinde idi. Amma otaqda kettle, 1 dəfə istifadəlik ayaqqabılar olsa idi lap ela olardı. Otağın isiqlanmasi da qənaətbəxş idi. Unpleasant things: Actually the name is misleading, the hotel is not in taksim at all its in totally different area. The taxi from taxim tried to reach the hotel using navigation and failed and we ended up walking with our bags between abandoned buildings to reach the hotel. When we reached we were surprised that the hotel is more like furnished apartment and has no elevators. The kind size bed is actually similar to a single and half bed in other hotels. We asked for a refund and the employee (fuat is his name) refused rudely and we demanded talking to his manager who was more rude. Another thing if you are planning for a trip with a tourism company they find it difficult to locate the hotel to pick you up. And last but not least the area surrounding you is full of shops selling plumbing and electrical items. Arrived at 1:00 pm and the room wasn’t ready Check out is at 11:00 am! Pleasant things: The location of the hotel turned out to be great, you just have to figure your way around. 10 minutes walk to galata tower 15 minutes walk to the end of istikalal street 15 minutes walk to the ferries port (going to many destinations like princes islands) 10 minutes walk to the metro station If I would go again I would not stay in the same hotel, but i might think of other hotels in the same location

Reasonable hotel at a good location if you can get a good deal. Pro’s: 5 min walk to Halic metrostation. Halfhour walk to taksim (hill). Clean hotel with nice staf and everything works. Con’s: hotel is in the middle of a street full of equipment vendors, can be busy but not at night. Make sure you go from the back to the hotel, the road is bad at the front. Elevator is quite small, fits max. two people and their backpack. If you are with more people you need to wait. Rooms are little bit old dated but still clean. If you get a cheap deal, you wont be dissapointed. There is a small night shop close to get some things. There is nothing to do close to the hotel, so you need to get the metro/bus or bimbim.

Но это очень сухо и коротко об этом отеле, он заслуживает больших похвал. Особенно персонал! Если хочется почувствовать настоящую заботу - обязательно остановитесь в этом месте! Сама выбирала отель по отзывам и не ошиблась. Наш номер был с балконом и видом на бухту Золотой Рог. Так приятного вечером наслаждаться шикарным видом ночного Стамбула, отражающегося в воде! Галатская башня - одна из главных достопримечательностей - буквально за углом, а там и улица Истикляль, по которой можно дойти до площади Таксим. В другой стороне, на берегу много рыбных ресторанов и сам ”рыбный мост”. Но самое главное - персонал! Это очень приятные ребята, которые любят свой город, свой отель и готовы помочь вам во всём: трансфер, организация экскурсий. Они не услужливые, а именно заботливые. Я искренне желаю им развития бизнеса и процветания!

++++++ I liked · Russian staff. I contacted in advance. Staff friendly. Wet cleaning every day. Replace towels through 2-3 day. Good pressure hot and cold water. The area is colorful. not quite touristic. But in principle it is good for accommodation. The location is excellent - near the port with ferries, under the side of the metro, and trams. It is fast to reach both Issiklya and Sultanhamet, under the side of Suleimania. The sights north-west of the hotel (in the area of the Orthodox Patriarchies) can also be reached on foot. A beautiful view from the windows of the rooms coming out to the Gulf (truly if not looking down - there is garbage :)) - but here there is a minus - the windows go out to the mosque and in the morning 100% you will wake up the mullah. There are many cheap cafes nearby. Neighbours were not heard especially. truth may be the neighbors of norms were =) - - - - - - I didn't like · Hotel and rooms are already scratched and require updates. The room does not feel comfortable at all. On the photo it is not visible. It was winter - in the hotel and room is cold, it feels that the whole hotel can't warm up to the end. You come in and include the air conditioner for heating, but everything around it reminds of the cold. in 7.00 starts to sing the mullah with a local mosque 30 meters from the hotel
