Hotels near Pavilion Mall in Binan

We stayed here twice, the first time in October of 2019. I can say from that experience, in general, you get what you pay for. Nice staff, incredibly small rooms, near a lot of restaurants, most significantly Chef RV, with it's amazing cuisine. But the second time was for our anniversary, after the pandemic began - and, wow. Nothing had changed from the size of the rooms, just as we expected. There were holes next to the AC that ipis could crawl into, but not a big deal. The big deal? Complete and utter disregard for basic safety during a pandemic. RedDoorz chain claims to follow strict Covid protocols. Evidently this branch never got the memo, perhaps because it was a Go Motel before. We were the only guests. The two proprietors were smoking in the lobby, and the entire time they were in public were maskless and shieldless, though we of course wore masks and shields. They seemed to be immune from the concept of Social Distancing. Contrary to RedDoorz protocols they had no sanitizer or alcohol provided. It felt completely unsafe and we were gratified that two weeks later we still had no illness. We did inform RedDoorz Corporate. They expressed no concern and never got back to us.

My daughter and my family stayed on 2 suite family rooms for 2 nights last 29 July 2023. The rooms were big enough. The only thing we don't like was there was one cockroach inside each of the rooms. - 2 cockroach in total. My daughter complained about this as we have 2 x 8 months old babies with us. The receptionist did respond though and tried catching and killing the cockroaches. One of the sinks in the toilet did get blocked on the last stay of our stay. The air conditioning was good. The hotel just needs to maintain their hygiene and cleanliness and try to get rid of the cockroaches on their hotel. Otherwise, hoyel staff are nice with the hotel with good location as near the main city and market.

My brother was getting married and since the family was scattered from different places, I got us rooms to gather our big family and extended families for the wedding as well as to celebrate the last bachelor hours of my brother. I booked via a hotel booking site and found out that the rooms I booked were not wheel chair friendly but the staff was kind enough to upgrade us for a minimal fee and so we were able to get nicer rooms. The hotel was really cozy and my nephew and 3 year old niece and nephew twins enjoyed swimming. Everyone enjoyed swimming. Our rooms have patio doors leading up to the swimming pool area which is lovely. The food was delectable. Although for the breakfast, everything seems to be complete (salad station, egg station, cereal station etc etc) however, I found the choices of viand to be lacking, but maybe it was just me. I was basically your “sinangag” girl looking for more dish to fit with my fried egg and my breakfast rice. I mean, the sausage was ok but the arroz ala cubana was a bit “off” for me to be in the breakfast menu. In any case, everything that was served was tasty. Yes, including the arroz ala cubana. How can I complain to that? Everyone had a good night’s sleep although we did have some trouble with our air conditioner before we left. A minor setback but I guess this is something that they should take a look at. They also offer free and paid shuttle services especially if you are going to Enchanted Kingdom and nearby attractions. You just have to get in touch with reception. The crew and staff are amazing and they make you feel warm and welcome. I am glad that I also booked the newly weds here. I really didn’t expect a place like this in Sta Rosa considering it’s location. I would stay here again if I need to be a day or two in Sta Rosa.

Eurotel is a good hotel for the price you pay. Breakfast was kind of disappointing as you would expect a buffet breakfast knowing that they have a coffee shop to cater to the buffet breakfast. Not much choice in the breakfast menu if it is included in your room rate. The plus point is that the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, hot water in the shower. Overall experience was my stay was enjoyable at Eurotel Las Piñas. Eurotel can improve their breakfast.

The Good: 1. Price point - This is an affordable, no frills, simple hotel. 2. Clean room - Being a rather new hotel, the room, bathroom, bed, hallways, etc are still very clean and well maintained. 3. Pleasant staff - People are generally nice and helpful here. 4. Location - Located in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang. Molito is just nearby. The Bad: 1. Basic necessities such as a water kettle, glasses / mugs, basic toiletries are not provided. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have them all in the room. Neither Good Nor Bad: 1. There aren't that much amenities here, hence hotel was able to drive the prices down. The Verdict: Would love to be back to stay here for future work-related stays, if needed.

We had a lovely stay! Clean and tidy room, loved the ambiance but a few hotel anemties provided in the room, need to go to the front desk to get it. Also, lights of the room is quite dim. Great expercience! The staff was very helpful and their service was tremendous! The food was also superb. Would like to accomodate again in the near future~

We booked 2nights stay for our wedding anniversary. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were escorted to our room (Safari couple) and assisted in bringing our bags. The room was clean, although it is small, it was very cozy and you'll really get to feel the glamping vibe which me and my husband liked a lot. The shower area has a bit of moulds but it was minimal. The mosquito net is a saviour though the one we had has a hole luckily not much of mosquitos during our stay. The jacuzzi is nice. When we arrived the jacuzzi was ready and warmed up so all we had to do was jump into it. They also allow using bath bombs or bubble bath which is really nice cause one would enjoy jacuzzi with that and also you can request to change the water of the jacuzzi especially if you are staying more than 1night so that everyday the water is fresh. We didn't request for housekeeping during our stay so they were quite generous on replenishing our amenities instead. Breakfast option is so so we'd say. Menu is bit pricey for us. So we mostly opted for grab food. Speaking of, we ordered Andoks via Grab for our lunch on our 1st day. We ate just outside our tent for our lunch. We didn't get to finish the food cause it was too much for us, in short we had left overs of Andoks (1 bangus + 2 quarter parts of chicken + 1 bbq stick). We covered the left over food nicely and left them on top of our table just outside our tent assuming that it is safe to leave them there since we couldn't really bring them inside our tent cause it would smell. So then we went ahead and took our afternoon nap and when we wake up and checked on our left over food to have it for dinner; we were surprised that some of it were partially taken. The 1pc bbq stick and 1 quarter of chicken were gone. My husband and I thought that maybe one of us had eaten it while one was asleep but it was not. We also thought that maybe the insects around probably poke into our food but then the food was still covered nicely when we came back for it. Somebody must have meddle into our food while we were away asleep. Tbh, it wasn't really a big deal for us cause the food wasn't really that pricey and we will be happy to share it to the needy but the thought of somebody was meddling on our belongings while we were just few steps away asleep inside our tent makes it feel odd. We hope security could be better in future. We went to swim on our 2nd day. We were at the biggest pool that morning when we were asked to leave cause they have to clean it. The staff politely asked us to leave and transfer to another pool instead, it was fine to us but we thought that it would be better if they schedule the pool cleaning not during the operating hours so that guests can really maximise the pool usage. Check out was smooth as well. We were assisted by Melissa. Have shared to her our feedback and she was apologetic about it. But overall stay was lovely. Our dining experience was one of the most memorable, considering the ambiance and the musical band served as the cherry on top. If you think good music and good food pair well together, then choosing to dine and stay at Vivere Hotel would be the right choice for you. Not to mention, the service was really great despite arriving on a busy Friday night. The servers never failed to greet us with a warm welcome and made sure that we had everything we needed. All in all, I aim to come back with my friends another time as I really enjoyed my time there and Vivere Hotel's hospitality would definitely be one of the reasons why I'd choose them over any hotel in the south.

As the title says, I arrived an hour early for the 2pm check in and requested for an early check in. The staff + supervisor wouldn’t let me. So I asked how much I need to add to be accommodated for an early check in -I was immediately given my room card. So despite the room being available, they wouldn’t let me have an early check in even for a mere hour. Everything was all about money. My sleep quality in the deluxe room was terrible as I could hear the TV and the loud music from the other room all night long. The sound proofing was terrible. I ordered room service food (yang chow for P120) and the one served to me didn’t look anywhere near the yang chow from the photo in the menu. It tasted like I was eating plain rice (kinda looked like burnt rice, not yang chow at all). I could have ordered plain rice for P40 instead of wasting P120 on a yang chow that didn’t look and taste anything like yang chow. I’ve always checked in here during Xmas and New Year but this has by far the worst experience I’ve ever had here.
