Front desk can communicate with english without problem but not the staff at the restaurant while breakfast. Maybe is low season and they did not turn on the lobby air conditioner and maybe only 1 unit of AC switched on at restaurant when breakfast and we can feel the heat

3일간의 숙박 기간 동안 대체적으로 쾌적하였으며,조용한 분위기를 원하는 여행객이면 추천합니다.
특히 해변까지 천천히 10분 내외로 걸어갈수 있고 6층 수영장도 있어서 호캉스를 즐기기에 좋다.
고객의 취향에 맞는 룸 업그레이드를 해줘서 감사하며,타지역 이동을 위한 교통편 예약을위해 전화 통화와 호텔내 전기차 지원을 해주신 리셉션 직원의 친절이 특히 기억에 남는다.
조식은 매일 메뉴가 다르고, 각자 다른 입맛이 다르긴하지만 나에게는 맛있는 조식이었다.
또한 호텔옆 마사지샾은 지금까지 받은 hot stone massage중 단연 최고라는 와이프 말에 추가 예약까지 하고 왔다
무이네에서 즐겁고 행복한 시간을 만드는 계기가된 vipol 호텔 step분들께 감사하며 무이네 재방문하면 다시 올계획이다

週末兩天在美奈度假選擇了這家酒店，當時是和酒店做了一些對比，從位置和價格等篩選後最後選擇了這一家，四百多的價格在一眾酒店中還是非常有性價比，酒店位置不錯，就在阿南對面，附近有很多吃的和按摩店。
酒店服務也非常周到，遇到問題也都會非常熱心的解決。這裏特別要感謝安保人員Quang Tran，當時因為訂日出團產生了一些問題，他很耐心協助我解決了問題。
酒店早餐種類豐富、去海灘也有接駁車，前台也會幫忙訂回胡志明的車票，車也會在酒店門口接送，總之酒店為我的旅程提供了很多便利，如果還有機會到美奈，也還會選擇這一家酒店。

가족여행으로 예약했는데 전반적으로 좋았습니다
위치가 바로 바다앞이며 룸에서 그 절경을 볼수있습니다
룸도 크고 화장실도 매우 청결했습니다
조식도 상당히 괜찮았고 파파야가 너우 맛있었습니다
하지만 저희 엄마방에는 조그만 바퀴벌레가 나와서 잡으셨다고하네요
근데 베트남에서 바선생과 쥐는 피할수없는것 같아서
전 만족합니다

酒店雖然沒有私家海灘，但是直麪大海，陽台上就可以看到海景，也可以看到日出，房間又大又整潔乾淨，床很舒服，性價比在美奈的酒店裡算是很高的，前台的小姐姐們服務很好，我們在平台上訂了胡志明市的民宿，不會跟民宿的主人溝通，她們幫忙打電話過去並加了微信，非常感謝她們，而且她們的英語也不錯，溝通得很好。

淡季來的，300多的價格，前台直接給升級了海景房。
房間直接可以看日出，特別贊。
西面可以看日落。
整個潘切最高樓，拍照非常出片，性價比特別高。
帶娃出遊，高爾夫車直接送去海邊，不錯不錯。
