I was told that because there are only two family rooms in the entire hotel, we arrived at 12:00 and waited for an entire hour to clean up and check in. The front desk of the hotel apologized for sending Polygonum slices. 真心一次非常好的入住體驗，從辦理入住到退房都是非常的滿意，預訂時就有前台打電話告知位置，發送定位，到酒店保安幫忙安排車位，還幫我們拿行李，非常的熱情，前台小姐姐還很貼心的為我們升級了房型，大的落地窗視野真是棒極了，退房時正在下雨，帶着小孩拿着行李非常的不方便，前台服務員還主動撐傘送我們去到停車場，真的非常的暖心！
