號稱準5星，房間硬件還算達標，早餐非常差，9點半結束，不到9點去，基本什麼都沒了，而且最普遍的牛奶竟然不供應，熱菜涼菜酸奶黃油等等基本都沒了，麪食餛飩肉夾饃要靠搶，麪包倒是續了，但是蛋撻都是涼的，應該不會再來了。

中西式早餐跟好！中晚餐如果你提出特殊要求，服務員會非常熱情儘量滿足。酒店離高速出口不遠，位於濱州先進技術開發區，環境非常漂附近有歐式公園和步行道，房間開門，開燈，開關窗簾等等都智能化，洗澡水温適宜方便，剛學會就要離開，沒玩夠！周總理骨灰撒放黃河處紀念園，離飯店不遠，非常值得去看看，緬懷偉人！

訂的房間和自助晚餐，晚上吃自助晚餐的時候吃出了頭髮，自助餐的所謂經理告訴我們下次免單，可這次不做處理，不滿意找前台投訴，我打了12345政府熱線把問題解決了，唐福愛是酒店市場部負責人，把問題解決了，後來又和唐福愛接觸，想進一步談一下客房問題，於是愛答不理，問題解決了就沒她什麼事了，環衞署打電話來，我還説好聽的，是我自己疏忽了，我會再給負責人打電話，把這個問題徹底解決。衞生問題不容忽視，可是對客人的服務態度你們是不是也要提高。希望你們能給我一個滿意的答覆。

人工智能房間，語音控制，最小的房間都跟套房差不多，床品很舒適，早餐值得表揚，但最好的還是服務態度，真的是賓客至上，很多星級酒店其實在服務上是達不到這個標準的！我們是從北京去煙台的路上路過濱州，搜了這個酒店。酒店很新，我鼻子比較敏感，所以多少是有味道的，但是屋子裡配置空氣交換機了，所以也沒關係，酒店有免費停車場，晚上外賣叫了小龍蝦，四十分鐘左右送到。機器人代為送到房間，很安全！屋子裡還有防護套裝，酒精棉口罩之類的，還給孩子們準備了文具，得力的，一應俱全，女士還有專門的梳粧台。圖片是酒店外觀，我點的外賣，以及我攻略的炒雞，很好吃，哈哈！
